Horrible, horrible service. This is not a professionally run company.
They told me weeks after they had cashed my check and a week after they told me my order would be sent that they didn't have my product. They delayed my opening and cost me $$$. Were they apologetic? Nope. They offered no compensation to the fact that they had screwed up my order and then continued to delay the shipment by their lack of communication within their company.
I was told the owner would call me. It's been a week and no call. They told me contradictory things like: one day they say I can get a refund and the next they say its going to be a problem AND my order will ship on Monday, then I'm told on Monday that its a Jewish holiday . Not only is this a horribly run business but this company is very shady. I think they operate under multiple websites like affordableseating.net. I could be wrong but there are so many similarities it's a little weird.
I will never use this company again and I will recommend other businesses stay away.

Bought restaurant chairs. The chairs I got were as described but arrived four days later, and I was in a rush because I was re-opening...
From order to delivery, the customer service has been great. The chairs we got are high-quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!
Fast delivery for chairs, bar stools and a mix of table tops and tables. Product quality is good compared to the price. Website is easy to navigate but sales agents are also nice and help when you ask about ANY PRODUCT OR COLOR!. I had no delivery or ordering problems. Good service from start to end.
We’ve already had several busy weekends with their furniture, and it holds up beautifully. Easy to rearrange and easy to clean. The entire order was packed with care, and setup was quick. The color scheme is neutral yet stylish, making the patio inviting. Stylish, durable, and easy to clean. Perfect for outdoor dining.
I’m pleased with the furniture. I wasn’t quite prepared for the amount of space we’d need to receive 48 long wall benches along with the chairs, stools and tops. Clear a staging area first if your order is this large.
I spent weeks comparing stools and probably overthought every finish. Once these were lined up, I stopped thinking about the decision. They simply look right in our place.
