This company was professional, courteous, and did everything it said it would. The sale was flawless and fast. I received the very price I asked for, spot on, on the day I met its representatives. I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars all around!

We sold our home to Resolve and had no issues with them. It was an older home and we feel we got what it was worth at the time. We got our money in a timely fashion. Didn't have to pay any costs associated with the sale. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell them their home.

These guys, Garrett and Dan, were amazin to work with. They were easy to work with and always available if there were questions. They help us work through the issues that were causing a delay with the Title Company, with me living out of state. They kept me informed during the whole process. Resolve Home Buyers really came through for me in a tough spot. I inherited my parents' house, but it had some liens on it. On top of that, my siblings and I were constantly arguing, and finding a reliable management company to take care of the property was a real struggle. Since I lived 1700 miles away, selling seemed like the only option. Thankfully, Resolve Home Buyers stepped in and handled everything for me. They kept a close eye on the property and took away all my worries. Working with them was a breeze, and they were always available whenever I called. I got one of their cards in the mail, which was super helpful in knowing who to turn to for assistance. They were right there when I needed them, so I can't recommend this company enough.

We have received many postcards from Resolve Home buyers wanting to buy our house. We have called them requesting that they stop sending the cards to us since we are not interested in selling. This type of salesmanship is extremely invasive and disrespectful.

Very pushy. It took 3 or 4 phone calls to get me off their marketing list, as they were spamming me with note cards and letters about buying my house. If I want to sell my house, I would find someone. The fact they think spamming people with mail will get them to sell their house is outrageous.
