On May 2nd witnessed trash collector break the lid of my trash can because of rough handling. I did not confront trash collector but instead called customer service for a replacement. I was told it would be replaced on the 9th after my trash was picked up. My trash can was not replaced. I called on the 10th and was told it would be picked and replaced on the11th, they did not replace my trash can. Now today on the 14th I called to ask for a replacement and was told it could not be replaced until the 21st. This is unacceptable, I have to wait 3 weeks because a trash collector broke the lid on my trash can. I am very disappointed with this company. I guess I'll have to wait and see if this company makes good on the 21st.
