Account interrupted Made payment on the 12th Thursday, of Aug was informed wouldn't be picked up that day due to the time that would be scheduled for the 19th next Thursday. Thursday comes around truck picks neighbors, skips mine call RS and was inform truck would be scheduled to pick up on Friday next day, next day came around No pickup, promises Monday they will pick up spoke to suprv on Monday assured Tuesday will Not pass we now 8/25/2021 Wednesday and trash still waiting on pick up, being calling everyday spoke to 2 superv wait time is 45min and today still waiting now supervisor DEBRA states will call me back in 2 hrs, very big inconvenience I paid late yes understand but bcz went out of town Not like they were still picking up my trash I come back to make payment of 101$ and going on 2 weeks what the im not complaing for something Free Im paying and trash still hear what is granted to me for this big inconvenience o left of was given a 7$ credit like seriously thats like this people laughing in my face very unprofessional And they cant provide a local number in the dumpster trucks in my area very upset😞😠😡😠😠😠😡😡😩😵😠😡😡😡
