their are bad for not replacing the broken part
I have purchased some replacement parts for my iPhone and one item was defective, so I contacted RepairsUniverse support and asked for an exchange. They seemed really nice and promise to help. So I sent the broken part back and several weeks later they keep saying that they did not receive everything. I know they're lying because I received a notification message from the shipping company that my package was successfully delivered and received! What's wrong with these guys? Total disappointment!
Were not able to fix my phone
There was something wrong with my phone. When I turned it on it was working for about 5 minutes and then shut down. I gave RepairsUniverse my phone for an inspection and they returned it to me and said that nothing can be done. I asked what was the problem and they said that it was broken. I told them that I know that it was broken and that I'm actually asking about the details but they told me nothing. Then I took my phone to a local repair store and they fixed it in a moment. They said that the battery was dead and that's all. Well RepairsUniverse said that there was no way to repair it. I bet they did not even look at my phone.
They changed defective screen for another screen with problems
I sent my phone to the company www.repairsuniverse.com because my screen was badly damaged. I waited 3 weeks and the rep provided the email, where he informed that the phone was sent to me. I got it, but the screen was changed and defective. It had some small black spots in the corners. I emailed them and asked to change it again because of these spots. But the rep didn’t react. The worst services.

The company is fraud, so don't use their services
I broke screen on my iPhone and decided to use the services of www.repairsuniverse.com. I contacted the agent and he told me that they would repair everything within 5 days. After that I heard fake excuses and promises. The agent told me that they didn’t have correct parts, screens etc. So they took money, took iPhone and did nothing. I don’t know what to do now. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING LCD SCREENS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WHEN THEY SHIP YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT.
