I like this company because they really care and help you out. They always answer your questions fast, even if they don't know the answer right away. They look into it and get back to you quickly. The only thing is that sometimes they could do better at talking to each other, so it can be hard to talk to them if you're a tenant. But overall, they're a really good company.

I was tricked by the website reviews (they don't let you write a review on the site). Going with Real Property Management Alamo was a bad move for my investments. In less than a year, they almost ruined everything. My rents went down by 50%, and the tenants they put in were the worst. Do your research because companies like this make people not want to be landlords. I had a lot of problems with them and almost sold my investments, but I realized I was with the wrong property management company. They're nice, but they don't understand the business and aren't good for real estate investors.

rpm is charging me for repairs that i am not responsible for i left the apartment i was renting from them at *** in great shape i had the carpets cleaned by a professional i understand that they are having problems renting their units however there are programs to help them stay afloat rpm is over charging and someone needs to stop their business practices

RPM is charging me for repairs and services that I ain't responsible for. I left the apartment I was renting from them in great shape. I had the carpets cleaned by a pro, had a cleaning company do a top to bottom cleaning and cleaned behind them after. I was having a decent experience with them prior to this and there ain't been no communication up until now. We moved out last month on the 21st and they are only getting to my move out documentation now.

I had a bad experience with Real Property Management Alamo. They didn't give me back my deposit money of $1,250. They said they had to service the A/C unit because of a dirty filter. But they were supposed to send me a new replacement filter as per our lease agreement, and they failed to do so for three months. I had professional cleaning service come and clean the property before leaving, but they still said they had to clean it again. I paid the cleaning crew with a payment check.

I got a problem with RPMA company and T P 'cause I asked them to activate my account on their portal, but I don't agree with the terms and conditions. So now I can't tell them about maintenance problems or other issues 'cause I can't activate my account. I told them this a bunch of times, but they still haven't fixed it. Plus, I never had such a hard time with other managers or management companies like I do with these guys.

I had a problem with my deposit, so I sent it to Real Property Management Alamo to fix it. I asked for proof of the charges they took out of my deposit, but they said they didn't have to send it. They said they already sent it, but they didn't. I asked for a supervisor, and the supervisor gave proof for some of the charges. She said she would get back to me about the blinds that were damaged before. I've been waiting for a month now, and I've called and emailed, but I haven't heard back. I just want my deposit refunded for the three blinds that were damaged before.

This rental company has been trying to fine me for things that aren't happening. They fined me once because of a noise complaint on move-in day. They also fined me for having my service dog, even though they knew about it. Now they're charging me for having my girlfriend over a few nights a week. They're just trying to get more money out of me. I always pay my rent on time, which is *** every month. I'm a quiet person and I work 12 hours a day, so I'm hardly ever home. This company and property manager are always bothering me. They keep adding new charges to my lease every month.

Plus, they didn't follow their own "first come, first serve" policy. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.

We messed up by not reading our pet agreement all the way. We had a snake and a rodent but didn't pay the pet deposit (our bad). We got a notice saying we had to get rid of them before June 14th. We did it on the 13th. We've tried calling a bunch of times to talk about how much they're charging us, even though we got rid of the pets before the deadline and showed proof. They're charging us $500 for each pet, $250 for breaking the lease (we get that), and $10 for being one day late. We keep hearing different things from different people and they still haven't told us what's going on. We talk to one person and they say they'll call back, but they never do. So we call again and talk to someone else who says they'll call back, but they don't either. We shouldn't have to pay $1010, but they're making it hard to fix the problem and making us pay.

This company takes money for applications but doesn't process them. They approved someone else's application before ours and won't give us our money back. We didn't know there was already an application pending. You can apply online without talking to anyone and not know if there's already an application. We talked to someone and they said the house was still available. A person named A said they take money from anyone who applies, even if they don't process the application. This should be illegal. There could be many people who apply and pay $75 but never get refunded because their application wasn't processed. This company is stealing money from customers. They won't refund us even though they didn't process our application.

I lived at RPM Alamo and my lease ended on July 14. But cuz of my job, they let me stay month to month without signing a new contract. I paid rent until July 31. They said they cover up to 3 months rent if I transfer cuz of work. I told them I was leaving and gave back the keys on July 29th. But they said I still had to follow the 60 day move out rule even tho I was month to month. My job, Union Pacific Railroad, sent them info to pay my last month's rent, but they haven't paid it yet. They're charging me late fees and utility fees for their mistake. I want my rental history fixed and Union P to pay my 60 days rent from when they knew I was leaving.
