1 month later... no refund yet. Pathetic customer service... Avoid at any cost

I have lost trust in Remitly and would advise everybody to be aware of their system issues with Open-Banking (widely used across many Banks & vendors in the UK)
I had tried to transfer £500 from my bank account using UK OpenBanking client (in-built and presented as an option on Remitly!) but my money was blocked for more than 15 days.
I had to call Remitly for more than 5 times without a proper update, none of the customer instructions are recorded for the next customer
Claimed loss: £500 plus transaction fees of £1.99
Desired outcome: Expected refund within 10 working days. Already served 10 working days criteria 2 times.
