Reliable Recovery took my car even though I already paid for it. They sent it to an auction house without my permission. I called them in the morning to let them know that I already paid for it, but they still towed it away. They told me to call Santander and get a release, but they already knew it was paid for.

These guys at Reliable Recovery are a bunch of crooks! I go see my mom all the time and park in the visitors parking, which doesn't need a permit, but they towed my car out of there for no reason! I see them lurking around that parking lot all the time, waiting to pounce on innocent cars. One time, I saw a driver even hit his head on the tow truck door because he was so anxious to see if a car was parked right, and it was! Don't trust these guys, they're just out to make a quick buck.

Yesterday, a truck from Reliable came to my place at 1:25 pm and took away my car. The car was behind a gate that was closed, but the tow truck driver opened the gate and drove his truck onto my property. He pulled the car out between two other cars, but thankfully, those cars weren't damaged. I could have done something to protect my property because there were signs that said private property and VIDEO RECORDING. I have everything on video.

That company took my car 'cause they had a contract with a title loan company to repo it. When I tried to pick up my car the next day on 4/17, they said the place was closed until Friday 4/19. They kept my car for 4 days and charged me $100. The worst part is that when they towed my car, it didn't have any damages, but they broke my front car glass. I called them and complained to the police. They said they had pictures of my car before it was towed with those damages, but I requested those pictures and never got them.

My car got towed from my home in Harvey today at 11:30am. They told me to come get it, but they knew they were gonna close. My car has been parked there before with no problems. Now I can't pay my rent or go to work because they took my car and ran with it. The car is paid for and there are no issues. The person who answered the (708) number was rude and knew what was going on. They even went down a one way street and might have damaged my car. Other cars were parked there, but they blocked my car with a horse. I parked next to it on the lot where my landlord owns and where I live.

On Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 4am, my car got taken away by Reliable Recovery. But then, on the same day at 9am, I paid the overdue balance and my finance company sent the release of my vehicle to Reliable Recovery. I asked for an appointment to get my car back, but they ignored me for two whole days until July 22, 2022 at 9:30a when I finally got an automatic text saying I could pick up my car. So, on July 22, 2022 at 10:45a, I went to get my car, but there was a fire truck and ambulance there because the owner was getting checked out. At 11:15, the owner left in his own car without letting me get my car back. Reliable Recovery has been holding my car illegally for two days, and now they're not even here for me to get it. I need my car back. I'm not a criminal just because I'm poor. Stop treating me like I'm trying to kill you when all I want is my own property.

I had a problem with Loan Max and my car. I couldn't make payments because my car was damaged. We tried to make a payment plan, but they wanted the full amount of $2000. Then, on March 15, I got a text saying I could pay $1820 to get my title back. They didn't say how long I had to pay it. I agreed to pay it because it was less than the full amount. But then, on March 17, they repossessed my car without telling me. I was in Chicago with my baby and all of our things were in the car. They said I couldn't get my things back for three days. I was really upset because they didn't give me a chance to pay or get my stimulus payment. I talked to Ivone, but she just said what her manager said. I called the corporate office and they sent me to Karen, who said she was the manager of all of Green Bay. I think she lied to me.

I got my car back from Reliable Recovery on February 1st at around 2:50. I had made an appointment for 1:30, but then I called back and changed it to 11:30. They called me at 10:19 and asked me to come in at 2:30 because of the snowstorm. When I got my car back, I saw that one of my new tires had been replaced with an old one without my permission. They said it was damaged, but they never told me about it. They didn't know anything about what happened to my car, and they didn't give me any options. I had to show them proof of my recent tire purchase before they gave me a check. They didn't explain anything until I asked them. This company is not good and they should be shut down. They tried to replace my tire without telling me, and they probably did it to other people too.
