Manager yells at employees in front of customers on a daily basis. He is rude to employees and customers alike. He makes the customers feel unwelcome and answers their simple questions with annoyance and sarcasm. I've been told by customers that he makes them fell uncomfortable and they will not be returning because of him. He makes the customers feel like they're entering a prison instead of watching a movie for entertainment. I think this manager needs to be evaluated because hes making regal customers not want to return to their theater.
