I purchased an eGift card on Oct. 13th, 2017 for $20. I used it to get into the movie with no issues. When I went to buy popcorn and a drink, the girl told me she was new and wasn't able to figure out how to use it. She asked her manager and she told the girl that they couldn't accept it. I ended up paying $14 just because they didn't know how to use it. Everyone needs to be properly trained on how to use gift cards; especially managers!
