While at the concession stand. I selected to use 1500 x2 and 2000 x2 points to upgrade two small popcorns to medium and two small cherry Ice to medium. The concession stand person informed me that the upsize only gives a $0.50 discount for the size selected. The points were used, the items were not upsized as they have been in the past. This was during the 17:40 Guardians of the Galaxy 3 movie.

Desired outcome: The points returned and clarification if the rules have changed for account [protected]@gmail.com Regal account # [protected]
