Regal Cinemas review: Manager and services of employees

We had a complaint regarding teenagers being rude, disrespectful, running, doing flips in the theatre while we were trying to watch the movie. Manager showed up with hickies all over her neck and looked like she was about 18- 19 years old and did not even care what we had to say. We even suggested that do should do a check every so often during movies especially if a group of teenagers are in theatre did not seemed phased by anything we had to say. She said we are short staffed but we usually do have someone come in and check on things ... that is not so have been to several movies and do not see anyone checking on things as they used to. Pay way to much to go to the movies to not be able to enjoy it and then have a manager that does not even care. Oh and by the way the manager was the same person I say when we were purchasing popcorn throwing boxes and playing like a child behind the registers so now I understand why she didn't care. Will probably just purchase movies from home now or wait till they come out to red box do not care to spend that much money to not enjoy it.
