REE Medical review: Absolutely useless!

I had an initial consultation with REE Medical that took about 45 minutes. When I hung up I thought that would get the ball rolling. I was wrong. I had two more consultations with the same person over the next couple weeks going over the exact same things we had already discussed on the first call. It was as if the person had totally lost my file... twice. I was finally sent to another person who went over the information again and forwarded my package to be scheduled for a C&P exam. This Quality Control person was essentially unreachable after the initial QC check. The C&P exam went well with the contractor, no issues. However, the VA did not accept the C&P exam results and scheduled me for another C&P exam with a different VA provider to include X-Rays that were never scheduled by REE Medical (and should have been scheduled). I called REE Medical to ask why I was being rescheduled for another C&P exam and they essentially told me it had nothing to do with REE Medical, it is in the hands of the VA, and they could not help me. I asked what exactly did I pay REE Medial for if they were not going to advocate for me? No response... Crickets. I paid $3595.00 for this service and I am filing a complaint with the BBB for breach of contract. I might end up having to file in small claims court. Don't waste your money with REE Medical. It's a scam and a huge waste of your valuable time.
