My hsa (home warranty sevice assigned redeemed to make a repair to our washing machine back in early november. The technician came and ordered a new agitator for the washing machine. About two weeks later the technician came back to install the agitator, still not noticing all 4 drum balancing arms being broke. In the meantine, the same technician was highered to look at our propane wall heater. The pilot light was not staying lit. After cleaning the heater valve, the heater worked better, but still needed the part replaced. Technician left thinking the washer was fixed and a part was coming for the heater. When I started my washing machine it spun so violently that the hose came out of the wall and flooded the laundry room. Technician came back and determined the balancing arms that hold the drum in place needed all 4 arms replaced. Parts were ordered. Washer and heater parts come in. Technician comes back, we are now in late december, the part for the heater is incorrect and the technician broke it in the heater and broke the heater by trying to force the part to fit. Only 1 of the 4 arms needed came in. Technician left again to order correct heater part and the additional balancing arms for the washer. Mid january. Washer parts finally come in. Redeemed schedules and cancels three appointments to put parts on and decides they will not fix the heater, due to the incompetance of their technician writing the repair order for a space heater (not covered by the warranty), instead of a wall furnace, (which it clearly is). And not to mention your technician broke it! Now because I contacted the bbb they are refusing to complete or fix any work at my house. Do not do business with this company!

Stay away from this company. Hottest summer yet, the tech told us on two occasions they would submit information to our home warranty company. Each time we gave them a day to submit then followed up. Then found that they didn't submit anything and won't because they don't work with that home warranty company. I called and talk to Ashton who said we would have to submit the information and we would have to pay out of pocket then go to the home warranty company. I was fine with this but I need the estimate. They gave me a two line estimate. I needed requested line items to submit to home warranty company. I emailed and then called Ashton back. She said she would get it to me. That was on a Thursday. Nothing from Redeemed on Monday by 3:00. I call again and talked the receptionist who came back on the line and said I was to talk with her boss, Justin. Justin does nothing but argue with me that he doesn't do anything with my home warranty company. I was asking him to but what I needed was a line item estimate. He can't give that to me because my home warranty company will try to not pay for items. But I'm paying out of pocket it doesn't matter.

I could not get this person to understand that it was not about the money part, I'm fine with their rules. What I wanted him to understand was that multiple promises were made but nothing was done yet we were told it was done. They have left us in the 100+ temperatures for 9 days with nobody doing anything. Nobody communicating. And then he hung up on me when I asked him to listen to me before stating...we don't work with your warranty company. That is not the issue! The issue is that his team lied on multiple occasions to us and then just did nothing!

I now have to find another company to fix our air conditioner. This is the worse vendor I have had to deal with for many years.

Trust me...stay away from this company! Far, far away.

Corey and Kenny did a great job replacing several duct runs that had water damage and insulating the remaining vent boots. They were also very helpful in explaining and showing me exactly what they were doing, and they thoroughly cleaned up all debris once the job was completed. Very happy with the service I received, and I will certainly call Redeemed again for any future HVAC issues.

Don't use Redeemed Heating and Cooling, LLC. I had 2 bad experiences with them. Last November, they worked on my dryer, but today I had to have it fixed again. My warranty company still uses them, which is unbelievable. The technician just told me that several screws are missing. SEVERAL! This company tried to cheat me before on an A/C, but they didn't get away with it. They do poor quality work and my warranty company shouldn't use them. I won't use them again and I'll tell anyone who needs something done NOT to use them.

listen up! I gotta warn ya about Redeemed Heating and Cooling, LLC. I thought they were legit cuz of their name, but boy was I wrong. Their dude *** came over and said my heater's propane pressure was too low, gave me the numbers and all. He thought it might be cuz the unit was too big for my place. Then he went and filed a report with HSA saying the pressure was too high and caused a fire. HSA denied my warranty claim cuz of that. I tried calling Redeemed to fix it, even talked to the boss ***, but they just ignored me and I had to fork over $5,250 for a new heating unit. Don't mess with these guys, go somewhere else and check the reviews first!

I had a problem with my AC and called my home warranty company. They sent Redeemed Heating and Cooling, LLC to fix it. They came on time and found out that my compressor was bad. I called them on Friday to get an update, but they said they sent the info to the warranty company. However, when I called the warranty company, they said they didn't receive anything. I called Redeemed again on Monday, but still no update. I called again on Tuesday, and they said the owner was out of the office and couldn't get the diagnosis document until he gets back. It's been 9 days, and I still haven't heard anything. It's really hot outside, and I don't think this is good customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I hit up Redeemed Heating and Cooling to fix my heat pump. They sent some dudes to do the job, but they caused some extra expenses that I had to pay for. I've been trying to get Redeemed to pay me back, but they keep sending the same dudes and not coughing up the full amount. If you need proof, let me know.

They came out in late April and ran a wire to the compressor unit to get it running, but it was too cold to tell if the unit was cooling. I called them back in the first part of May, and they came back and took the bottom of the furnace apart and said we needed a new coil. They left without putting the furnace back together. Then it got cold, and we had no heat. I called them back, and they put the furnace together. We are still waiting on coils for the A/C. About two weeks later, they came out with the coil and said it would be an extra $700. We paid, and they spent most of the day putting the coil in. When the tech was ready to leave, we told him it was making a loud noise. He said we would need to call his supervisor. We have done that, but our unit has run all day, and I turned it off at 9 pm. I have called my insurance company, and I've called Redeemed and asked to speak to the owner or supervisor, but I have not gotten anywhere. My A/C unit is still not working after a month of coming and going.
