I'm really happy with the work Spencer Air Conditioning & Heating did to replace my old units. I'm especially happy with Justin Shelhorse, who was the first rep from the company that came to discuss price and stuff with me. I had 3 other quotes, but I was super impressed with how Justin was able to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to get me the service I got yesterday from him and his crew that replaced my old air condition units. I highly recommend Spencer Air Condition & Heating, and if you want to talk to someone, Justin is the best guy to go to. He's a great asset to the company.

Charlie and the team at Spencer Air Conditioning are great! They really care about their customers. We bought a whole heating and a/c system for our house a year ago, and sadly, we had a problem with the system. We needed to replace two big parts, but they were hard to find because there's not enough in stock. It's not Trane's fault, though. I want to give a shoutout to Justin S who led the original installation and the subsequent repairs. He stayed in touch with Trane and let them know about our worries and what we expected. He also kept us updated until the repairs were done! This company and their service are excellent!

This company is great! Justin came out on a Sunday, which was unexpected. The installers were here on Monday and got everything up and running quickly. I can't say enough good things about Oscar. He had us back in business on the install after they showed up early to get it done! Let me repeat that for those who didn't hear me right: they actually showed up an hour and a half earlier than promised. And when it's 108 degrees outside, that means everything. They were prompt, efficient, and clean! After the install, we had a problem with the condensate drain backing up again. We called and Destiny got us scheduled promptly. She said a tech would be here within a few hours. Again, awesome! Even though it was really a plumbing problem with the house, they sent Raul out to clear the line. Justin also came out again due to our frustration to make sure it was clear. This was during the heat of the summer when everyone is having problems. He did another round of cleaning on that line just to make sure nothing was blocking it. I can't express how happy we are that we found Spencer Air! They are top-notch and worth every penny. We will not call anyone else!

We had Rudy A. come to do our spring check up and he knocked it out of the park. He was so polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. He is the reason we trust and will continue to use Spencer! I wish all service professionals were as awesome as Rudy

Jamal was responsive and honest regarding my heating problem. He could have sold me a thermostat I didn't need but recommended a reset technique that worked. He came twice and charged for one service call. Refreshing to have a technician who is honest and dependable!

I have used Spencer for years. David C is my service representative. He is always on time, professional, courteous, and 100% knowledgeable about equipment and the care and maintenance of equipment. I always specifically ask for him. He is the best part of Spencer!

Spencer Air did a great job installing my new AC! Justin spent a lot of time and was very patient with me in figuring out my new system. I am very pleased with it. Everyone who comes out to service it is always very professional, polite and thorough. Jamal came out this time and did a great job!

We have been a customer of Spencer Air Conditioning for over 10 years. Rudy showed up early to replace a capacitor so that our air conditioner would work properly. They also service our units every 3 months, change filters, and make sure they are working efficiently. The technicians have a great attitude, very friendly and knowledgeable. When I make a call to the office, Tammy is pleasant and always willing to get a technician out as soon as possible.
