Redeem Vacations review: Flooding

On Thursday, Sept. 18th at 3:00 am, there was a fire alarm and everyone had to vacate the building. At 5:00 am, we were allowed back into the building. Upon arrival to our room, we found about 2" of water all over our room. Three other rooms on our floor also were flooded. Dunes Village Resort advised me to contact Redeem vacations to maybe get a partial refund since we didn't get the full use of our room for the remainder of our stay. Our suitcases were on the floor and the items and clothes were soaked. We left the premises early. Before the flood, we enjoy our stay at the Dunes. Betty
