Had a leaking tankless hot water heater. My family did not want another diy job performed by myself. In comes Pepe with Reddi Services came to the rescue. Pepe was very knowledgable, honest, and thorough with the job. The guy knows his stuff. Before the job was even started I knew I would be able to trust Pepe to get things done. On the day of the job he was communicative and provided helpful hints to keep from having any future concerns with the unit. I will finish this by saying Pepe and Reddi services were very reliable. Many thanks from myself and my family.

John, of Reddi Services was insightful, quick on assessing what the issue was, quick to repair and awesome and professional. He told me the upfront costs and gave me options for payments. Avoided the processing fee by paying him with cash and check - super convenient. Let me see what he had done and how to clean it out. I still think Ill let the professionals take care of it since he had to go into my attic. Thanks for helping protect my home from damage from the sewer overflow not draining. It was a clog. Thanks again for being communicative and flexible on times.

This review is to recognize Matt M...the dude ROCKS SOLID! He was prompt, and on a Saturday evening AFTER six p.m. no less. He was in and out in less than an hour with a very thorough review, superior workmanship, and supremely helpful tips to help us avoid future shutdowns. Selling a house is stressful in the best circumstances so when something requires a quick and professional repair you want to scream. In need of a hero we called on REDDISERVICES who sent out their skilled and experienced technician. His calm and professional demeanor immediately eased our tension. After assessing the situation and answering all our questions he completed the repairs mess free. We couldn't possibly be any happier with the service and workmanship and fully recommend the technician and REDDISERVICES. I didn't notice the technician wearing a cape when he entered our home but I swear I saw his confidence and expertise shine as he left.

Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning was our Tech. We have worked with Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning before. He remembered us by name and our unique situation. Our problem, we thought, was the water tank. It was late afternoon on a Sunday, but Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning rushed over. He quickly analyzed our problem was the washing machine drain, not the water heater. The workspace was very confining, but Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning was able to get to the "root" of the problem. He was super careful with the shmutsa coming out of the drain and disinfected the entire area upon completion of the job. He explained everything as he was proceeding, and was a complete professional gentleman. Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning is OUR HERO, for sure.

I called out Reddi Services to give me a quote on a plumbing issue in my master shower. The technician, Bryant L., arrived right on time and they even use a state of the art tracking system whereby the customer can track the technician via an email link that is sent when he/she is on the way to the customer's house. Bryant was extremely respectful and polite upon arrival, proceeded to give me a "no obligation" quote for the complete repair, including a one-year parts/labor warranty. I accepted and Bryant had my repair complete and ready to go in very short order. I am so happy with Reddi Services that I will 100% recommend them for any plumbing need!

24 hrs ago my valve box for my washing machine started to leak and I could not shut it off. I found REDDI SERVICES..Pepe was on my doorstep at 1pm today and by 1:45pm the problem was fixed. Pepe was prompt, responsive, professional, No-Nonsense git-er-done professional. Additionally, he was very congenial, professional and conversant about his services and my situation which was very helpful. Pricing was UBER Competitve and FAST. PePe is an outstanding representative and I will use and RECOMMEND Reddi Services in the Future...AND SO SHOULD YOU! When you call, Ask them to send Pepe for he is GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES! We had a plumbing issue with our bathroom sink pipeline not being properly installed. In trying to clean the trap, an easy 10 - 15 minute job at most, it became evident that I was not able to attach the trap to the vertical pipe as the place of attachment was broken and unable to be reconnected. How it lasted I don't know. We called REDDI Services for an estimate. Travis Johnson showed up and was a professional from the start. Even though it was 5:20pm. he said that he could fix the problem right then, which he did and completed at 6:40pm. He was very nice and friendly and we trust him to do any further plumbing or A/C work. REDDI Services is fortunate to have him as an employee.

Reddi Services Plumbing & Air Conditioning and their team members Arrived timely to deal with a flood in the front yard. The landscapers were clearing up the tree they had to cut down for Reddi to locate the leak. Team members John and Mike G helped them haul the large branches to the truck, so they could begin their work sooner. Those two spent all day and into the night digging up the yard to reroute the major water line, as the previous one was damaged by tree roots. It was a hot and muggy day in the middle of the monsoon season, but those guys worked and worked. We could hear their pleasant joking and comraderrie as they worked for hours and hours. Great attitudes, professional and kind to us. Thank you for a job so well done!

Reddi Services has helped us out with repairs for several years and we've always been very satisfied with the results. The repair job on 1/11 was no exception. The best part of the experience was the repair tech, Brent Sanderson. Brent was incredibly nice, professional, and went so far above and beyond what is expected. He came on 1/8 and advised we needed a part. He was kind enough to tell us which part to order. When the part arrived I requested Reddi Services have Brent return to make the repair. Fortunately, he was available and he did an excellent job. If and when we need a plumbing repair in the future, we will not hesitate to call Reddi Services and will definitely request Brent.

I could not be happier with the service provided by our "Reddi Hero" plumber. On Saturday afternoon (of President's Day Weekend) I found that the hot water heater in our garage was leaking rapidly. Fortunately, I found it early, shut the water off to the water heater, and placed my call to Reddi Services. I was notified that the plumber was on his way, and he arrived quickly. He knew exactly what the issues were that needed to be resolved. He was professional, personable, and explained all that he was doing. He was also careful to clean up as he went along to not cause more issues for us. We now have a new hot water heater! I am so grateful to Reddi Services for sending the plumber as our Reddi Hero. He is a great guy and a credit to your business!

Reddi Services has provided outstanding repair services to us for our A/C and plumbing issues, and we won't go anywhere else! John (our tech) is friendly, thorough, efficient, highly-skilled, and very professional. He gets the job done right and right away. We called Reddi Services for the first time with a plumbing problem on a Saturday, and John was there to fix it the very next day on Sunday, with no trip charge or add-on fee for a weekend repair. He has also added some protective features to our A/C unit and provided a creative fix for our odd-sized return duct to enable us to use a properly-fitting air filter. This has improved both the output and cost-efficiency of our air conditioner. The office staff are polite and friendly whenever we call. They send receipts and quotes promptly. We have used other vendors in the past for our plumbing and A/C work and have found a few good ones, but Reddi Services still beats the others by a mile (or two)!

I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!

We want to compliment the work of John Smith of Reddi Services. He came to check out our a/c unit which possibly needed a drip pan replacement. Rather than sell us on a new pan, he suggested repairing it and it would be serviceable for years to come. When I mentioned that another technician had said the drain pipes were going uphill causing standing water, he said that the pipes were just sagging and suggested propping them up with some wood. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Our other unit was out at the time and another vendor had told us that the compressor went out. He gave us a second opinion and said that the compressor was fine and that the unit was just low on freon. That saved us several thousand dollars! If it hadn't been for John Smith, we would have been duped into replacing a perfectly good compressor and drip pan. We appreciate his honesty and excellent workmanship. John Smith will forever be our first call on any and all future air conditioning and plumbing needs. Reddi Services is truly blessed to have someone as ethical as John Smith representing your company. We were referred to Reddi Services by two different people and they were right when they said you were a very good company. Honesty and integrity is hard to come by in this world, Reddi Services had is it John Smith. Thank you so much! The Smith Family.

We had friends over on Saturday, to help us install 5 new faucets. We turned off the water outside and after the install was complete, we attempted to turn the water back on, but found that the shutoff valve was broken. Our friend told us he'd have someone come over first thing Sunday morning to assess the situation and make the repairs. Sunday morning, he called and said no one would do the job, being Sunday, and because he estimated a big job, included lots of digging. I combed the internet and found REDDISERVICE. I was immediately impressed that they would come out on a Sunday, within an hour, not charge me a drive fee (or Sunday fee), and start with a no obligation estimate. Benjamin Aguilar showed up very quickly, and was polite, professional, and wearing a clean outfit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the estimate was less than my friend had predicted. After the repair, he found another problem, that I was aware of, but didn't know exactly what it was. For this, Benjamin gave me another good deal to repair (kind of like a package deal). As he was cleaning up, he asked me about a leak from an outside faucet. I told him it always leaked and I hated it, so he took it apart and tried to give me a free fix. Everything is 20+ years old here, so the quick easy fix couldn't happen. He quoted me a cost to make the fix, and I told him I just couldn't afford it, so he told me he would do it for much less, since he was there already, and I accepted. All in all, Benjamin was a great guy - very professional, polite, and just a good guy. He went all through the house to make sure all faucets were working properly. I would highly recommend REDDISERVICES for all your plumbing needs, but especially for your emergency needs.

This is the worst company ever! My water heater went out on a Friday night and I contacted the company at 8 am on Saturday as they advertised weekend service. I explained my faulty water heater tank went failed and it was still under the 6 year warranty. I then specifically asked if they had a unit in stock and it could be replaced that day. I was told yes they would put a unit on the truck and they would be out at 3 pm that afternoon. They then asked for the unit information which I provided. Just before 3 pm I get a call from the technician saying he heard I had a problem with the water heater and he would be by shortly. When asked if he had the replacement water heater on the truck he said "no" and then informed me that since it was under warranty it could not be fixed because the supply house that handles warranty items for Reddi Services closed at noon. I informed him that I spoke to the office at 8 am and was assured that a unit would be on the truck. The technician listened to the representations the company made to me and to his credit tried to come up with a creative solution. The technician suggested they install a new heater and charge me the full amount and then credit me back the amount they were reimbursed from Reddi Services. Not a perfect solution but it was doable and I told him that I could do that. Ideal no, but at least he was trying to fix their misrepresentations. Ramon T, the technician's Supervisor, apparently rejected that idea and instead decided to offer me no solution and didn't care I had company coming in town and would have no hot water for showers, laundry or dishes. Being a business owner, if my employees handled a situation like this one was handled today, I would be embarrassed and have some serious customer service training. I would simply never consider calling this company again much less use or recommend them.

Reddi Services was contracted to pump a septic system. They failed to do the job correctly and will no issue a refund.
