Red Robin review: Service and drink problem, bottomless fries

I travel across the united states and I stop at Red Robin and I do go to the Exeter Red Robin 4 times a month. On Sunday 10/11/15 at 4PM there was a group of 5 we when to Red Robin get a bite to eat. It was not busy. The waiter name Roland and the Manager Tali The waiter took our order for drinks. We had order Tea it was more water than tea and had a bad taste. The Waiter got more tea and it still was the same. I had also asked the waiter 4 time to bring bottomless fries we never received any fries. We call the manger over to explain what is going on with the Bottomless fries. The respond I received was there are coming we get them from Idaho and Pakistan. I asked her what was that all about. The order was delivery to are table and their was not blue cheese louie or ranch dressing and still no bottomless fries and no tea. I called the manger back over and asked her again for bottomless fries and drinks. After all the meals were done we still had to pay for the drinks that we never received. The food was no hot. The Store location Exeter PA the general manger Steven Barnes. I would like a refund I can be reached at [protected]
