I ordered some sample spices and a quarterly subscription. Despite promises on the website, I did not receive a tracking number. My order was supposedly "fulfilled" a month ago, but I have not received anything in the mail. I have also received no responses to email asking for resolution on the issue. I only hope that I will be able to cancel the subscription. I will reach out to my credit card company to cancel any further charges.
