My account was hacked by someone who wasn't supposed to be there, and they bought stuff from this website. I found out when I got an email saying my order was confirmed. When I saw that email, I tried to contact the company right away to cancel the order before they shipped it. I sent an email to customer service, but they said they couldn't cancel orders. When I told them the transaction wasn't authorized, they stopped replying. The product I ordered was flavoring. The order number was ***.

Before my purchase, I asked through email if OOO flavor oils would work for lip glosses. I have screenshots of what the website description says and what the customer service rep emailed. They told me that yes, they work for lip glosses. So, I bought them. When they arrived, they smelled really bad of alcohol and weren't good for lip balms/lip glosses because the alcohol smell wouldn't go away. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. And the same rep emails "Our flavors are based on taste, not necessarily scent." I bought them for the scent. And if the scent has a VERY strong chemical smell, so strong it makes me sick, then it's not good for anything you eat. Also, in the first email, she said PG based oils work for lip gloss making. But in the email after delivery, she says "these are PG flavors, not oil based," meaning they're not good for lip gloss making. This is false ad. I would've NEVER bought this and wasted my money if the rep was honest and explained their products without hiding the info. In the pics I attached, I underlined all the false ad and wrong info in pink.
