RAS Logistics took over the deliveries for a company that had closed. I ordered from Wayfair and no communication from Wayfair on the delay and about 1hr and 45 min on hold with Wayfair I was given RAS Logstics phone number to contact them to set up a delivery, but was assured by the rep that RAS did say that delivery was to be on June 2 or 3. I immediately received a delivery text from RAS that my delivery would be June 2. I called that day to have them call me so I could be home for the delivery and was told they always call 30 minutes before they are to deliver. I waited at the home until 5:30pm with no call. I have tried to call them numerous times and no answer at the facility.
I just want clear communication on when I can expect my appliances so I can make sure I am not wasting the time of my plumber and general contractor.
Desired outcome: I want a firm delivery date and real communication.
