Joseph, the person listed as "supervisor" came to my house on a non-emergent basis because my water heater would not heat up. He stated that the water heater, despite being 2-3 years old needed to be replaced. He arranged for the heater to start up but said we should go through our warranty company if they will replace the water heater. After a short period of time, he handed be a bill for $395.00. I asked him if this was correct and he said "yes it is" promptly. He then quickly handed me a sheet with a lengthy discussion about "don't judge service charges sorely by the time the technician spends in your home or business." This company is not fair in their price. The service was suboptimal. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
