Received just what I ordered. Deck mounted soap dispenser was hard to find but wanted a replacement of the one I had. Due to price, parcel required a signature of receipt which was good considering amount of stolen deliveries that occur.

Purchased 3 water dispensing faucets for our water filtration stations throughout the house. They look great, function very well, and were delivered sooner than expected. Did research, read reviews, and visited several plumbing supply stores resulting in great recommendation for this company. Very happy to date.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Got the run around on a return, no follow through and in the end after months and several emails did not receive credit on a return item which was unused. Was fed lies about an immediate credit, was disconnected several times from an agent. Use at your own risk!

I placed an order for my kitchen and master bath (over $4,000) and have yet to hear of an anticipated ship date. I have called multiple times for several weeks with no answer and no returned call. I sent an email and received an automated message I would receive a response within one day. Two days later still nothing.

I was sent an air switch with cosmetic damage. I contacted the customer service team to arrange to a replacement or refund and sent pictures upon their request and now they are refusing to answer my multiple emails. Terrible customer service and I am so thankful I only bought one item from them before purchasing everything I need for my whole house rehab. Their prices are low for a reason- faulty products and then you're stuck with it!

I have been getting the run around from Plumbing Overstock for the last 6 months on bathroom vanities. The name "overstock" would imply they had "stock" welp not so much. Items that I have ordered and have been backordered for 6 months are still listed as being available and "usually ship in 2-3 weeks". Their customer service and responsiveness is lackluster at best. Vague responses and incomplete messages. I have asked to be contacted by a manager to no avail. I am not confident they are a real company.

Terrible customer service. Refused to honor a return on a component. Several months of emails and followup resulted in no refund on an unused item. Was given the run around and fed lies on my return request. Also told the credit would be offered only after a new purchase which I made. Use at your own risk but here are better and less expensive options. I've been in the customer service business for my entire career and this has got to be one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. Ali and his manager should be ashamed.

What a nightmare. Ordered a $1000 vanity/med cab combo. Took 5 weeks to get here. They sent me the wrong vanity. I contacted them and was told the distributor claimed "it was the right one". Once I proved it wasn't, they attempted to give me "a similar one" (which, no, I wanted a very specific thing). I want a refund. They keep trying to put stipulations on it, like I "need to ship it back to them on a pallet and when the distributor receives it THEN I'll get my money back". How about not... I have my bathroom torn to bits and can't use it, and I can't buy another vanity until I get this money back. 100% their fault. Eventually they claimed "it was a discontinued item that they never even had in stock, and the picture on the website was never changed", and somehow insinuated I'd done something wrong by wanting the product with the model number and picture that I ACTUALLY ordered. Unbelievable. If they don't give me my money tomorrow I'm calling my lawyer. $1000 is no joke to me.

I ordered Kiara shower system by Newport Brass from Plumbing Overstock in July . The order# XXXXXXXX. Plumbing Overstock charged my card before shipping the goods ( over $1,000 ) and promised to ship the order within 3 days. Then they extended the date to 3 weeks. In the meantime I got a diverter only that has been installed in my reno bathroom already. I never received a shower head or a faucet. I have no news from Plumbing Overstock what happened to the rest of my order. I reach out to them occasionally via chat to check what is going on. An anonymous customer service chat person always extend the shipping date by a month. Today this happened for the 3rd time, next date set for 10/29. In the meantime I feel like a hostage to Plumbing Overstock's horrible services because a part of the shower is installed and I'm dragging my contractor forever as he cannot finish his job. In these times when you cannot find a workforce and you certainly don't want to *** off your contractor. Shame on you Plumbing Overstock. I will never deal with you again and I am going to post on your FB page and all reviewing pages every day until I get my order in working condition.

I ordered a sink on July 2, 2022. My order number is ***. The order still has not shipped and I've tried to get an update from the business but no luck. I want my money back ($1,023.83).
