Rakuten review: I did not receive my reward

There was an advertising for a $125.00 cash back when you spend 200.00 at Priceline. There terms said in one transaction. I had to book several different rooms in a couple different hotels. You cannot book different rooms for the same night at the same hotel or different nights in the same transaction. I spent $385.65 in a single day but in 4 transaction and they would not give me my cash back. This is not the first time I've had trouble getting cash back from Rakuten. I will now consider using a different platform. I could have gotten cash back guaranteed from other platforms but not as much as Rakuten gives. But if they don't give it why try. So, get less, but get SOMETHING!
