Rakhiworldwide has taken my money and not delivered as promised. No response to multiple messages on complaint raised for my order either.

Ordered Rakhi on 28/07/2025 for delivery to IL, USA (Order Number RWW-2607202515317). This order is not delivered even till date, even weeks after rakhi.

What a shame for the business rakhi worldwide! No response. Complaint ticket thread RWW-18-8202516 - Ticket opened 18/08/2025. Follow-ups attempted - 20/08/2025, 25/08/2025

Desired outcome: Please issue full refund immediately and apologize for spoiling this holy function by non delivery of rakhi as promised,
