[Resolved] Queenfy — still have not received items
I have called and emailed multiple times about an order that I have yet to receive. I ordered three items back on March 15th, and I still have not gotten anything. According to the shipping website, it is still "processing". When Can I expect to get my order? And if I should not expect it, I would like a full refund. There seems to be no way to get a hold of anybody at this company!! Please respond!!
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
