Andy helped me out and I had an easy experience buying an Audi Q8. Andy was great and the finance and insurance process was quick and efficient. Based on this, I give them a %star review because of the price and Andy's professionalism. One thing, though, when buying a $70k used vehicle, their detail department left receipts and crayons from the previous owner in the back seat, as well as dirt and paper under the floor mats. They did clean the floor mats, but they didn't lift them to clean underneath. I would recommend B&B and Andy, but make sure to remind them about paying attention to the details like cleaning the vehicle.

In 2020, I bought a real nice Jaguar sports car from Benz & Beemer. They got a great selection of high end cars, ya know. A couple weeks later, I noticed the brakes were squeakin'. So, I reached out to the service department at Benz & Beemer and this guy Collin M took care of me. Collin really looked out for me, ya know. Since I just bought the car, Collin and his company went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer and they replaced the brakes for free. I'm really happy with Benz & Beemer and the service and attention I got from Collin. I'd definitely recommend this company if ya wanna buy your next car.

I did my homework and went to the dealership ready to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. But guess what? I ended up leaving with a different car and an even better deal. No pressure at all, which was a relief. Daniel, the salesman, was absolutely amazing. He hooked me up with a better car and a sweeter deal than I had expected. I did find a little something that needed fixing, and he took care of it right away. He even personally cleaned and detailed the car that same night. And get this, two days later he drove all the way to my house, swapped cars with me, and took mine to get fixed. Talk about top-notch service! I can't say enough good things about the service and the killer deal I got. From now on, this place will be my go-to for all my future car needs.

I've had nothin but good sales and service from this company. I bought both my cars from Certified Benz and Beemer and had them regularly serviced by them. Last week, I brought my car into the service department and Collin wrote up my *** for an oil change. While in service, they inspected the whole vehicle and Collin contacted me that the battery was low and time for replacement (3 years in Arizona heat, I wasn't surprised and approved the repair). Then, I got another call tellin me that the alternator needed replacement too. I noticed that the lights on the dash sometimes flickered when startin, so I approved of this repair too. The end result was I got back a car that I'm now confident to drive anywhere and thank goodness for this concern for the customer as I had a long distance trip planned and was saved the results of these repairs havin to been addressed on the road. Big thanks to Collin and the service department for makin my trip stress free.

I bought a 2011 *** in October for $14,500. I gave a down payment of $6,000. The car is beautiful. Since I live out of town, they delivered the car to me. They also provided a Carfax report detailing all the services the vehicle had received. However, I noticed an incident involving the front bumper that wasn't noticeable when I received the car. In December , the bumper started dislocating. We tried to hold it together with something, but it didn't last long. So, I had to take it to a shop for repairs. While at the shop, they inspected the car and found a few things that needed attention: the bumper, lower engine pad replacement, worn hood shocks replacement, front bulb replacement, and a coolant leak. All of this cost me an additional $1,800. To make matters worse, I also need to replace the rear air suspensions, which will probably cost another $3,000 to $4,000 according to what I was told. I called the company to see if they could help with some of the cost since I had just purchased the car three months ago. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist me because I didn't buy the extended warranty. They simply apologized without offering any help. I'm frustrated and upset because how can a car agency sell a car with so many issues? Was the car not properly inspected? What kind of inspection was done that didn't catch these problems? Sure, they replaced the tires, but tires don't cost $3,000. If we had known that the air suspensions would need replacement, we would have thought twice before buying. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this agency again and I won't recommend them to others.

When I bought a car from Certified Benz & Beemer, the dealer accidentally tore the front window tint while removing the sticker. They promised to fix it, but kept delaying it for several months. After 7 months, they suddenly told me that since it wasn't a priority for me earlier, it isn't for them either. They refuse to honor the agreement we made regarding the tint, which was important for my wife's eye problems. I regret buying the car from this dealer now. They have been dishonest from the start and don't keep their promises or honor written agreements.

In December , I bought a car from CBB. After negotiating, the sales representative promised to fix the squeaking brakes and chipped paint on my expensive Corvette. However, these issues still haven't been resolved. This company lacks morals and will say anything to seal the deal. I mentioned to *** that I wanted to see another car because the one they had was squeaky and had paint chips. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Additionally, the car only came with one key, and they sold me another key protection for $399. This company just wants to make more sales, so be cautious.

I bought a truck from this dealership. When I was buying it and sorting out the finances, I said no many times to any kind of warranty or protection, except for GAP insurance. But when I got the paperwork from the bank a few weeks later, the amount they showed was different from what was on my dealership paperwork. So I reached out to the dealership and the lady in finance told me that I paid $1902 for a mechanical protection plan that I never agreed to. The salesperson told me that he remembers me saying no to everything except GAP insurance. I want the bank to give me a full refund of the $1902.

I bought a car from Certified Benz & Beemer, a well-known dealership in Scottsdale, AZ. They promised to fix the paint before I purchased the vehicle. However, while they had my car, several things broke or got messed up. I only had my car for about 28 days, but the dealership has had it for almost 4 months now. They're telling me to pick up my car because they can't find any mechanical issues and I should get it fixed elsewhere. They also said I'm responsible for all future repairs. I think this dealership's reputation is so good that it must be a race issue. Can someone please help me?

I put my car up for sale on *** Certified Benz and Beemer, and they called me with an offer. I didn't negotiate and informed them about the cracked windshield. They assured me not to worry and asked me to bring it in. When I arrived, the guy came out and asked about the windshield. I explained that it clearly had a crack and I had already mentioned it. He then insisted that I pay for the repair, or else they wouldn't buy the car. This is a classic example of a shady bait and switch tactic used by used car dealers. When a business grows and their employees make mistakes, they shouldn't blame the customers. They should honor their word, especially when they have a salesperson right there witnessing the situation. Businesses run by people like this don't last because they lack integrity. They have no character, so I suggest going elsewhere. I certainly will, and I will also speak out against this business.

Bought a 2006 Porsche 911 s from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale Arizona on January 22, 2022. The key to this expensive vehicle had been crushed by someone, and taped together for a test drive. We were told by the dealership that they would have a new key within days. The vehicle had been in their showroom for months. I live in Phoenix Arizona and had to pay $2,400 to have the car shipped to my location. Upon arrival, the broken key to the car separated, and could not be fixed. The car cannot be driven, can't be started because the key and the key fob are broken. I have texted the salesmen and the dealership and have been told for the last 2 months that the Porsche key is on the way. I was told by the salesmen to go "on too eBay and buy a Porsche key fob and fix it yourself. At 75 years old, my computer skills are not that good and my mechanical ability is not that good. This car cost me a lot of money, and it can't be driven or even started.

Here are the two frauds Certified Benz & Beemer tried to pull on me. They sold me a used $87,000 *** with two damaged rims. Even after I showed them this website https://en.bidhistory.org/mercedes_benz/c_class/2020/29c57e3f7563429f-mercedes_benz-c_class-amg_c_63_s_cabriolet-wddwk8hb1lf951565/ that showed the damages, the salesman *** and customer care personnel *** both said it was just cosmetic scratches or curve rashes. But when I took the car to Discount Tire a few hours later to get the tires balanced because of excessive vibration, they confirmed that two rims were damaged and it was impossible to properly balance the tires.

And that's not all. The Sales Manager *** and salesman *** also tried to sell me window tinting and upholstery treatment, even though they were already on the vehicle before I contacted the dealership about the car. The Carfax report even showed that these treatments were done before I bought the car. I have all the evidence to prove it.

I had a problem with Certified Benz & Beemer's owners, Jack S and Mark L, not giving me money back for the engine damage on my 2013 BMW SUV when their mechanics replaced the timing chain. They only offered me $3000, but a refurbished engine costs $9774. On August 20, Mark L said he would give me $5,000 if I deleted my online reviews about their customer service. Now, I have another complaint about Mark L. First, he sent me a scary letter, trying to intimidate me. Second, he didn't properly compensate me for the damaged engine. Third, he wouldn't let my lawyer pick up my car from their place on 8/21. On 8/24, I got a threatening letter from Mark L's lawyer, Tina E. I quickly responded and took back the $5,000 offer. I told Ms. E that my car would be towed away on Thursday, 8/27. But today, 8/26, the towing company told me that CBB said they couldn't pick up my car because I owe them $1,000 in fees. I don't owe CBB anything, and this is the first time I'm hearing about it from the towing company. So, I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to do these things: 1) make CBB pay me $9774 for the damaged engine, 2) let me have my car with the bad engine, 3) ask ComplaintsBoard.com, Facebook, Yelp, and others to take down my customer reviews because of the Freedom of Speech Amendment, and finally, 4) kick Certified Benz & Beemer out of ComplaintsBoard.com.
