Qtrex International review: Avoid, the worst experience ever!

I hired Q-trex to ship a barrel, they picked it up, 2 weeks later i called to check the status, I told him i can see it is still in your warehouse, he asked how and I told him i have a tracker, he imediately told me to come and get my barrel.
He said its against the law to put a tracker in a barrel, can you imagine a shipping business threaten by a tarcker? He refused to bring my barrel back to me and send m my refund.
