Customer service
I had a question regarding a current QR and their subscription service. The free service listed through other sites says the QR can be used indefinitely, however there is a 50 scan a month limit unless subscribed. I contacted their “24/7 online support multiple times with no response. I need this QR code to be scannable again as soon as possible as clients are frustrated they cannot reach the site through it. It’s already been printed on media and sent out.
Desired outcome: Contact from customer support so I can either resolve this situation or get this QR on a subscription for the duration of the promotion.
QRStuff: Overpriced and Limited Access - Not Worth the Money
So, I gotta talk about this QRStuff website. Let me tell ya, if you fork out your hard-earned cash for them fancy QR codes and a subscription, you'd think you could access 'em whenever you want, right? Well, think again! Once that subscription expires, they lock you out of your own QR codes. Ain't that a kick in the teeth?
And let's not forget about the price they charge for generating these codes. A whopping $12 a month! Now, I ain't no mathematician, but that seems a bit steep to me. I mean, come on, it's just a bunch of squiggly lines on a screen. How can they justify chargin' that much? It's downright overpriced, if you ask me.
But hey, I ain't here to just complain. I gotta give credit where credit's due. The website itself is pretty straightforward and easy to use. You can create your QR codes in a jiffy, no fancy tech skills required. And they do offer a bunch of customization options, so you can make your codes look all snazzy and personalized.
But let's get back to the downsides, 'cause there's a few. Besides the whole subscription debacle, there's also the issue of limited access. If you ain't payin' up, you can only generate a measly five QR codes per day. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems mighty stingy to me. What if you got a whole bunch of stuff you wanna QR-ify? Tough luck, buddy.
Overall, I gotta say, QRStuff ain't exactly the bee's knees. Yeah, it's got some decent features and all, but the price and restrictions just ain't worth it. There's gotta be better options out there, ones that won't break the bank. So, unless you got money to burn, I'd suggest lookin' elsewhere for your QR code needs.
