Mixed Experience with Purple.com: 90-Day Guarantee, But Long Trial Period and No Returns on Pillowcases
So, I bought this pillow from Purple.com and they said it had a 90 day guarantee. But, they made me try it out for 21 days before I could return it. That's a long time, but I guess they want to make sure you really give it a chance. Anyway, the pillow didn't work for me. It was too firm and hurt my neck. But, the worst part is that I also ordered some pillowcases and they won't take them back after 30 days. That's not cool. I spent $60 on those cases and now I'm stuck with them. I think that's way too much money for pillowcases anyway. Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with Purple.

So, we got ourselves a Purple mattress and it was pretty good at first. It held up nicely and we were pretty happy with it. My sides started to hurt and I couldn't figure out why. Then, I noticed that there was a hard spot on the mattress that was sticking me. It was like a bump or something and it was really uncomfortable.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this mattress for seniors. It's just not comfortable enough for them. But, for younger people, it's not all bad. It's actually kind of fun to sleep on. It's just not for everyone.
Overall, I'd say that the Purple mattress is a decent choice for younger people who are looking for something different. But, if you're a senior or you have any kind of back or joint problems, you might want to look elsewhere. The sinking and the hard spot can really cause some discomfort and pain. So, just be aware of that before you make your purchase.
Disappointing Experience with Purple 2 Mattress: Sagging and Poor Customer Service
I got me a Purple 2 and I gotta say, it was pretty good at first. But then, right after the 100 day trial was up, it started to go downhill. The dang thing started sagging like crazy and now my back and neck are hurting something fierce. I tried to get in touch with the company a bunch of times, but all they said was they'd replace it with the same mattress. Why would I want another one that's just gonna fall apart in 3 months? I kept trying to talk to them and even went to the BBB, but they wouldn't give me a refund or nothing. So now I'm stuck with a mattress that barely lasted 3 months and I paid almost 2 grand for it. Don't even bother with this company, their stuff ain't made to last and they only care about it for a little while.
