I ain't responsible for this debt with *** and I don't got no contract with BERLIN WHEELER INC plus they didn't give me the original application like I asked.

I got this Berlin-Wheeler thing on my credit report, been paid off for a while now, and I wanna get rid of it. I reached out to them and they said they can't remove it. They know it's paid, but they can't take it off.

This company put an account in collections 2 years ago for a hospital bill. It's on my credit report. They keep adding more accounts, with the same amount and the same account. I don't think this is okay. Adding more to your credit report from the same account is wrong.

Unfortunatly I wasn't able to file a complaint during COVID 19, I am a victim of identity theft or mistaken identity. I have no knowledge of the account in question. I got my identity stolen, and it's a real bummer. Some sneaky person went ahead and opened a bunch of accounts in my name without me knowing or giving them permission. I have absolutely no clue how they pulled it off, and I don't have any information about who might be behind it. The worst part is that I didn't get anything out of this whole mess - no money, no stuff, no services. My local police advised me to skip filing a report with them and instead use identitytheft.gov, so here I am, documenting everything for the record.

Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. has put something on my Transunion credit report as a "Collection". I moved from *** to *** on 8/17 and have NEVER received any bill from *** stating that I had a balance due. I just checked my credit reports and saw this collection thingy that I don't even know what it is or how it got approved. It seems like the balance was paid at some point. So, I reached out to Berlin Wheeler Inc and asked them to take it off. But they keep saying it's legit and updating it without giving me any solid proof that I owe them, like a contract with my signature. This company keeps calling my phone for YEARS and they got the wrong phone number! I've told them many times that they got the wrong number, wrong person, nobody with that name. But they don't listen, they keep calling me and harassing me, saying these calls won't stop. I'm NOT RICHARD ***, that person must have given them a FAKE NUMBER! Quit harassing me! Look it up, check the files, do whatever background check, I DON'T KNOW WHO THIS IS, I'VE HAD THIS # FOR 10 YEARS! STOP HARASSING INNOCENT PEOPLE, when OTHERS have lied and given FALSE INFORMATION!
