I want them to acknowledge on here,NOT with their "GENERIC" HELP EMAIL,,,the fact their website is misleading and inaccurate when sales are promoted. Additional, I want them to acknowledge their customer service reps. need to be trained with the same accurate information for the benefit of their customers and their customers valued time and respect. Additionally,, I want my refund for the month trial and Im not contacting this email in the replies. Just do it.My name is on the Complaintsboard.com compliant. Do your own work. Pure-talk has enough information to be successful to refund me. Lastly, I dont understand how Pure-talk AKA Pure Talk USA gets A+ rating. Any reasonable person who searches customer complaints on valid websites will see they far outnumber the good ones and the complaints are growing against Pure-talk aka: Pure-talk USA. In your complaint you stated that you are being denied the $250 off towards the purchase of an iPhone promotion as a new customer. This promotion is offered to new customers only when they apply online and only if they purchase the iPhone through Affirm at the time they sign up with a service plan. In reviewing your account, you chose a plan online on 4/1/20 but did not order a phone, which unfortunately resulted in your not meeting the qualifications to receive the $250 off the purchase of an iPhone. Pure Talk sincerely regrets that you misunderstood the qualifications for this promotion. We've submitted a ticket for your shipment refund only, the 30 day refund cannot be honored because you exceeded 1 GB of data (1443.76) within the refund time period. The phone was NOT on sale when I purchased your shady service! Liars!I have the recorded messages AND OTHER PROOF from service calls that prove it! Im not going to continue to go in a circle with Pure-talks LIES AND EXCUSES! How this company can write a not only bogus,lying response to me, yet continue to be able to get away with false advertisements that is Fraud has got to STOP! Now,, this will go to the next level of legal action . Blame yourself Puretalk for the next level of justice your company asked for with its lies and false advertisements to the community. You became a customer after this promotion launched on March 11th, 2020. I will list the stipulations below in regard to this promotion. Stipulations for this offer: 1. Maximum of 2 discounted iPhone's per account. 2. Offer only available for brand NEW Pure Talk customers with new line port-ins (customer cannot be getting a brand new number or be an existing customer ordering a new line of service) 3. Offer only eligible with the $55 Unlimited Talk, Text and Data plan or $45 Unlimited Talk and Text plan with 20 GB of data; customers must remain on the plan for the entirety of the 24-month conditional sales agreement. 4. Customer must remain on AutoPay. 5. Device must be financed through Affirm for offer to be eligible. 6. Customer must agree to the 24-month conditional sales agreement. We would like to explain a few things further for better clarification. When you order service with Pure TalkUSA, once you click on the "Submit" button at checkout, you are no long technically considered a brand new customer. The Risk Free Guarantee does not determine if you are a brand new customer or not. The Risk Free guarantee is in place in case the service is not working out for you. The Risk Free Guarantee reads, "Customer has up to until their next bill date, or first 500 minutes or first 500 MB of data usage (whichever comes first) to contact customer service and initiate the refund request."
