I purchased this product after clicking on an "article" that was actually a marketing gimmick. I decided to purchase the product after seeing that I would be receiving 3 products at the low price of around $49. Surprise, surprise, when the items in my cart totaled 3x that amount. Decided to go ahead with the purchase because I know what quality CBD costs. When I went to pay, that's when the never-ending pop-*** started. After rejecting 3 pop-*** for "amazing deals," and the 4th "amazing deal" popped up, I decided to exit the screens after seeing a description saying that my purchase wouldn't go through unless I answered yes or no to the 4th pop up. Thought I was safe.No. Sent to my spam folder, was a receipt of my "purchase" with the promise that it would ship within 24 hours. It didn't. I emailed the company after about 2 weeks of hearing nothing and was told that I purchased the product through their "affiliate" and would need to take it up with them. But, then miraculously, I received a DHL tracking number.It's April 8th, and not only have I still NOT received my order, but I got an email this morning informing me that my SUBSCRIPTION is about to be sent out, and that I'd be getting charged another $158 for this next order.Called, waited for over an hour. Nothing. Asked for a callback, still nothing. Called my credit card company and THEY called Purekana using a different number than the one I had. That person told us that he couldn't do anything because this order was placed through their "affiliate." They offered to "escalate" my case to a supervisor. That supervisor said she couldn't do anything, but that someone named *** would be calling me in about 15 minutes to confirm that she was able to, 1. refund me for the order I never received, and 2. cancel my "subscription." It's been 30 minutes. Guess who hasn't called.I've seen multiple complaints on here where Purekana blames this affiliate... yet, here they are still using them? I call ***.

I am not sure how PureKana feels they are doing a good job. The tactics here are appalling. The website charges your card prior to confirming your order. By the time I made it to the confirmation page, I had been charged $211.86. Once confirming the charge was PureKana, I called prior to leaving the site. I was told they dont understand why I want a full refund after offering a multitude of discounts. The offer to discount discredited the company even further, as limited quantity, selling fast claims did not align with their willingness to discount almost *** the hands of fulfillment. There is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to management, I was told they are busy. I informed them I will wait, as this needs to be escalated. While I waited I asked the sales associate how many calls like this are received. I was told I am not her first Today. She then told me she will have to have them call me back, I asked what has them so wrapped up. She then explained that they are managers so they have meetings and stuff I was not informed the call would be monitored and recorded, but I feel with a company as such they must listen to the people and monitor claims to be sure they are not sued. I then had to send multiple emails and even received a text offering more of a discount for my first order than I had received. Despite the smoke and mirror *** dollar offer, and sneaking per bottle text. If you go to Amazon you can buy the same brand and get 3 bottles for 59. Or 6 for around 80. I am also inclined to believe that Amazon would not have an issue cancelling the order within the hour. The tactics here are unethical I have received a refund, but the hoops it took to jump through are ridiculous. The charge went through prior to confirming. I have nothing good to say about this order or product and I will never give them the time of day. The refund was offered with a discount to try again 30% off. No.

I ordered ONE shipment of Purekana gummies.I have been informed by email they are shipping a replenishment. *** I DID NOT CONSENT to automatic reorders. I called the phone number provided in the email - *** - to stop the shipment. - I was placed in a hold queue. - The phone was finally answered and laid upon a desk and ignored. - I could hear conversations as I repeatedly said, "HELLO" - I remained in this status for over an hour and finally disconnected.There is NO WAY to contact this company to cancel or to converse regarding pending shipments.There is no way to administrate preferences or account status.I consider this and all future *** to be fraudulent

I did not order the stuff they keep trying to bill me for. They keep billing me for *** and I did not subscribe to anything. They keep billing me and I didn't receive anything. They give you a phone number that nobody ever answers.

PureKana I decided not to go through with my online order as it did not give me a total before asking to enter my CC info

I decided not to go through with my online order as it did not give me a total before asking to enter my CC info. I then received a call from the company to place an order so I did. In my confirmation email I noticed the address was wrong so I contacted them via phone 9x's 1) they'll fix your address and offered a 15% refund. Won't let me speak to supervisor 2) I asked for my confirmation email on the correct address and refund. Discovered I was to receive less items than I ordered. Refused to let me speak to a supervisor. 3) They agreed to send me the remaining items "complimentary" even though it was supposed to be a part of the order. Refused to let me speak to supervisor.4) I called to see when I'd receive any confirmation emails. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. 5) I still haven't received ANY confirmation emails. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. 6) I called to cancel my order. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. 7) I haven't received confirmation of order cancelation and refund. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. 8) I haven't received ANY confirmation emails. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. 9) Refused to give me confirmation number re: canceled order and refund. Refused to let me speak to supervisor. The money came out of my account immediately and the only emails I received were the order confirmation and promotions. I still have not received any other emails confirming anything I was told. No emails confirming cancelation and refund. And every single call I placed I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, I even requested a call back 3 x's with no prevail.

I placed a one time order for this product from PureKana Company December 19 of 2022 to give this product a try. It cost $211.54. The product caused very strong dizziness and I discontinued it. At no time was I notified nor did I apply for automatic refills. In December another package arrived without notification that it was coming. I have sent a message to them on the original email that I received from them. Have not received a reply. I find this very deceptive and unprofessional. I tried calling the company at 888-229-5139was on hold for over 30 minutes, I Had other commitments and could not wait longer. I would like a refund of the $211.54.

I ordered via internet two jars of PureKanna CBD. I submitted my credit card number, and to my surprise, the company took advantage and sent me *** and charged me over $200.00. I tried one of the gummies, and I was sick all day. This is an ultimately mind altering product. And should not be freely sold to the public without further restriction. Needed to refund the packages. Unable to reach anyone at the telephone provided. This happened at the beginning of December. 2022. Today, I received another package that I did not request from the same company, and I got a $200 charge in my account. This is a fraudulent operation.

i ordered a one time order and have recieved a 2nd order which i did not order or need or want. i called my bank and cancelled payment on this order and they are investagating this for me also. please stop this it was an experament on my behalf which does not help and i cant ***. i did not open second order bag that came today in mail can someone stop this problem for me . thank you if you help me

I purchased gummy bears from Purekana in the amount of $213.23 and received my order. On January 7th, 2023 I noticed a charge on credit card for the same amount. I made what I had was a one-time purchase not a commitment nor subscription to these gummy bears. I would like my money refunded and any cancellation necessary to stop future charges.

On Sunday, June 26, 2022, I made a purchase for three bottles for $39 and two free bottles of PureKana. The company sent me a *** for $198.70. This was a red flag and a warning sign. I called customer service on Monday, June 27, 2022. The representative tried to explain the math and that I was receiving a discount of 55% on the product. Obviously the math doesnt make sense. I realized then, that this was a scam. I asked to talk to a manager, but conveniently one was not available. Eventually, the representative said that the manager would call me back in 60 minutes. This never happened But on Monday, June 27, 2022,I got an email saying that my order and subscription had been canceled. Again, to my surprise I was unaware that there was any subscription purchased on my end. However, I felt satisfied that everything was canceled. This satisfaction only lasted a day because on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 I received yet another email stating that my order has shipped. So, I called customer service again to let them know that I had canceled my order. They said it was too late and that the order has shipped. Again, I asked to speak to a manager who was conveniently unavailable. I said I would hold the line and wait for one. I was disconnected and called back. The new customer service representative gave me sketchy directions on how to return my package once I received it. She told me she worked in ***, but when I checked online this company is in ***. It is a scam and everyone should be warned. I let them know that I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card and report them to the complaintsboard.com.

The gumies were ordered and delivered. Unfortunately it was not realized it was an order that was to be sent monthly. When the second order came the company was called and told to cancel the order. That did not happen they have been sending me monthly orders for the past four months and charging my credit card. I called again yesterday and was told again that the order will be cancelled. I asked for a follow up email to confirm she said she would send. It was never received. I just want the company to stop sending me the product and charging my credit card.

I made a one-time transaction with PureKana in November 2022. I did not set up an account nor did I agree to any recurring charges or shipments. This was a single purchase and I have confirmed I do not even have an account on record with the business yet I recently noticed another pending charge on my debit card for an unauthorized shipment. I attempted to contact the company PureKana multiple times. By phone no one will answer or return calls. Attempted to contact by email twice and again no one will respond. I filed a dispute with my bank for the 2nd charge and am seeking that this company confirm they will no longer charge my debit card no try to send me future shipments. Thank you for any assistance.

On march 3rd I ordered 3 bottles of CBD gummies and received two free for a total of five bottles from Purekana for a total price of $198.70 + tax. I received confirmation of the order the same day with an order number of 4959704A63. I received a message two days later on 3/5/22 stating my package had been shipped via DHL with a tracking # ***. On 3/23/22 I requested information on my shopment since I had not received it and the tracking number showed it had not received the package yet from Purekana. The response I got was that they could not find my account and requested the order number and last four digits of credit card used. After responding with that info and attaching their emails showing order confirmation, order number and tracking number. The next day 3/24 I got a response from different service rep saying that there was an issue with delivery firm and that it had been straightened out and the order was on its way. On 4/5/22 I had still not received shipment of product so I sent a request for an update since the tracking number was no longer working. The response this time was similar to first. They said they could not find my account and needed the order # and last four digits of credit card used. I explained they already had copies of this in multiple emails. I also asked how they sent confirmation on orders and charged my account and yet they cant find my account. I am currently waiting on a response. I am not sire if this is a scam or just a very poor business organization. They respond pretty quickly to request but the information they give is of little help in resolving the issue

This morning I followed a link from an ad featuring "Counting Cars" celebrity *** to purchase CBD gummies from what was ostensibly his business. I understood that I was to receive two bottles of gummies for $40. I entered my debit card number and attempted to place the order, but became mired in a series of "offers" that offered no means of declining. Finally, I just closed the Chrome browser window. I immediately checked my checking account balance and found that two transactions -- $208.57 AND $51.68 for a total of $260.25 -- had been deducted from my checking account. I immediately did a *** search for the company's contact info and called them. Their phone message stated that they didn't open until noon. I then ***d "Purekana scam" and found all the complaints on your website. I used the email address listed to send a request for cancellation of the order and a full refund. At noon, I called the company using different phone numbers. On the first call, I remained on hold for 20+ minutes with no response. I have now been on hold with the second phone # ***) for 27 minutes. I get the feeling they're never going to answer. I feel I was misled by the this company's intentionally deceptive practice. I want a full refund and no further "subscription" shipments to be sent to me. Malicious companies like this should be prosecuted and shut down.

When I made a one-time transaction with PuraKana in November 2022, there was no disclosure of any agreement on my part to any future recurring charges or shipments. I understood this was a single transaction. I accept the charges for that transaction but not the subsequent shipment or charge to my credit card on December 7, 2022. While I was in the hospital, my family discovered the $213.92 charge on my account. The package was returned unopened by *** mail (by tracking) along with a registered letter for a full refund of the December charge and cancellation of future orders. As I am now residing in a nursing home for an undetermined time, I no longer need this product and I need my funds for medical care. Thank you for any assistance.

I ordered this product off of a *** add on a 30 day trial. Then the company began sending me monthly refills which I did not order. I have been trying to contact them to stop billing my bank account. The last three charges of *** was not authorized. I have called many times only to get VM. I have emailed their website with NO reply from message received. Nothing. this is criminal. My next call is to Consumer Protection and *** Access to my account is not permitted. They did not properly inform the consumer of these charges.

I placed a single order through an affiliate website and did not authorize monthly shipments. I just checked my bank and saw that they had taken money from my account in the amount of $107.75 on 2/29/22, without my authorization on a shipment I did not order. I have tried calling the number in the email and the number given on my bank statement, and no one answers. I want my order and all future orders cancelled and my account and credit card information removed from their website. I had recently cancelled future orders and my subscription on 11/25/22 and also received two Emails stating they had cancelled orders and terminated my subscriptions. However they still took money from my account.

PureKana I ordered these gummies because they were recommended to me

I ordered these gummies because they were recommended to me. But, like a previous complaint, I am getting the run around from an affiliate, or whoever they are, company. All they keep telling me is they are having shipping issues with the *** and DHL. After 2 weeks I finally got an order number, but no way to check the order status. The last response I got after I requested a full refund, was this Your request (***) has been updated. I placed an order with pure Kana on Monday, June 13 through an online ad. I believed I was placing an order for *** for a product. after I completed the order I looked at the amount and it ended up being $216.09. Instead of ordering one bottle of the product I ended up with a buy three get two free. I called customer service immediately no more than two or three minutes after placing the order I was told by the woman that it was already processed and they could not cancel the order although I had just placed it. They offered to give me a percentage off to rectify the situation. I told them that I had literally just placed the order a few minutes before I did not want that Amount charged to my card. They again told me they could give me a percentage off but they could not give me a refund. I told them I did not wish to have a percentage off if they couldnt make the order right I didnt want it at all. The sales person told me they would send my complaint up the chain of command and they would contact me. I was sent an email that said my order was canceled on the same day that I placed the order. The next day Tuesday, June 14 I received another email saying my order has been sent through and it was out for shipment. I called again and they told me that my order should not have been shipped and they were not able to give me a refund they do not do that. This is very poor customer service that they cannot make the situation correct and that they will not offer a refund when a purchaser contacts them immediately with the mistake. I assume this company has had this problem several times if their policy is absolutely no refunds but giving a percentage off. I would just like a refund as I do not feel I am being unreasonable having contacted them immediately. Thank you for your time.

PureKana On June 21, I ordered buy 2 get one free bottles from Purekana

On June 21, I ordered buy 2 get one free bottles from Purekana. I was instead charged for and shipped FIVE bottles for almost twice the amount, which had already been charged on my credit card, and was signed up for a SUBSCRIPTION which I never ordered. After trying to talk me into this 'newer and better deal', they 'credited' me for the difference between the extra bottles and the original order, but by then I wanted a full refund on all five bottles. They told me verbally in a phone call to ship them BACK to the address on the mailer, and when they were received, I would be given a full refund. The pkg was delivered, according to the post office tracking information. The company now claims that I sent them to the wrong address, their warehouse in ***, instead of some address in MA, which was never given to me. They now tell me I have to file a 'lost claim' w/the post office because it's no longer their responsibility, but the *** needs the *** Box they were shipped to, which my son didn't note when he mailed the pkg for me. I have contacted the company to get their *** Box, but have not received a reply. I have since learned that their many claims on the ad I originally responded to on *** ("*** backed" "Shark tanked highest invested company") are false, and they may now be operating under a different name (Eagle). I would like my full refund on this order credited to the original card on the account. The order numbers are as follows: 7C0C1F500D, dated June 21 Product Sku *** ($198.70) Refund dated June 25 ($ 75.36)We are still out over $120, and as a widow on Social Security, this is a lot of money for me. Ordered product online from Purekana solely based on a celebrity testimonial post in *** Later discovered that the celebrity testimonial is a scam so because very concerned and suspicious. I had carefully read and completed a one time online order form which advised that order would ship within in 48 hours. Was billed same date I placed order on Mar 17, 2022. Was concerned I would not receive order, but finally received order last week.Then on April 16 I see a duplicate charge same amount posted on my credit card. Called Purekana customer service and spoke with *** that advised I had indicated on order form that I wanted monthly subscription of same amount every month. I would never intentionally place a monthly recurring order on a product I have not tried before, NEVER. I explained this to *** and asked for a refund of the duplicate charge. That is when *** informed me that my account was set up as a monthly recurring order subscription and April had shipped on Apr 16. I then asked for tracking number and *** would not provide. *** advised me that I could return the product for a refund after I received it. I asked her to please provide the return instructions so that I did not have to call back. She refused to provide product return instructions. I went on the website on 7/10/22 to look at the *** gummies that were advertised buy one bottle get 2 bottles free. Immediately I noticed the price went from *** to *** at checkout. I attempted to back out of the website before placing the order. They had already charged my card when I checked my bank account. I immediately called and was informed that they do not cancel orders ! It was less than 5 minutes. I emailed the company and got this response back Your request (***) has been updated. *** - PureKana Customer Support ***, 2022, 17:06 EDT Hello *** you for getting in touch with us about this. I am sorry for the confusion, the buy 3 get 2 bottles free means that the price you pay is essentially getting 2 bottles free. You paid $198.70 (+ taxes) which is $39.74 per bottle, normally, the cost for 1 bottle at the regular price is $89.90, as you can see, that is $250 in savings. So, in addition to getting a discount per bottle, the price you paid is the equivalent of 2 bottles free. I hope that explains it to you. How about I give you a further discount on your order though it is already discounted. Can I give you a 30% discount in the form of a refund and have you keep the order? Maybe you can even share it with someone who could benefit from its use. What do you say? It's a great way to stock up on bottles at a significantly reduced price. And remember the reason why you order this in the first place, it is because you think it will help you and you are right to think that because it is helping a lot of people with the same benefits you are looking for. Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Single Shipment of Purekana Chewables back in 2/22. I made it a point to read the fine print, when I placed my order, to make sure that I wasnt getting into Any kind of subscription or reaccuring charge, as this happened to me years ago! I read Nothing about Subscribing to Anything! I received my shipment the 1st or 2nd week of March 2022. I threw out the Envelope and receipt to this order, as (maybe I was too hopeful) that these Chewables would work on my pain. I have been Disabled since 2008. I have been trying to write this complaint for about 3 weeks, but always had to stop because I cannot deal with my pain. The photos, #s 7 & 8 show the initial shipment. As you can see, 4 out of the five jars are Still sealed, only one bottle opened! I used maybe *** Chewables to see if they would work. They did absolutely Nothing for my pain. You see, a few years ago my pain *** Thiminear, an Anesthesiologist, in Ct) trying to convince me to try Medical Marijana, I finally gave in and paid $100 to Register myself with the *** to receive my MM card. I never received my card and no one could ever tell me how to fix the issue. To my shock, I received another order at the beginning of April 2022! I called Purekana to find out WHY I received another order. Their message, when I called said they couldnt take any phone calls at that time and I should send an Email to them. I sent the email in April 2022. No response. 2nd shipment photos are #s 1 & 2.I then went onto receive a 3rd shipment the beginning of May 2022, I called again but was told I could Only Email, which I did. Photo #s 3,4,5 and 10. A 4th shipment arrived the beginning of June 2022, sent another Email because they still wouldnt answer calls. Photo # 6.I received yet another shipment the beginning of July 2022. Photo #s 13&14. #s 11&12 show how much I was charged for 1 MONTH! ($264.49)Please HELP ME.

PureKana The ad was in an app called theSCOOP on my android phone

The ad was in an app called theSCOOP on my android phone. The product is called Pure Kana CBD Gummies which are 500 mg bottles of CBD Gummies that are supposed to relieve joint pain. The date of the transaction was 06/04/2022. I misunderstood and thought that it advertised for $39.74 for 3 bottles, plus 2 free bottles, plus an additional $10 per bottle to be upgraded to ***mg per bottle, plus no shipping and handling fees, plus tax which was $22.18. The shipment and processing time was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. The total charge would have been $111.92. Upon completing the transaction, I immediately received an alert from my bank for the transaction in the amount of $270.88. I then realized that it was priced at $39.74 PER BOTTLE which would have made the total cost $191.40 which is still $79.48 less than what was charged. Regardless, either amount was more than what I had intended so I immediately called Pure Kana customer support to cancel the order. I was told that 2 minutes had already passed and that the order had already been processed for distribution and could not be cancelled. The representative offered small discounts which would not bring the price down to my originally intended payment. I told them that I believe they are scammers and again demanded the order to be cancelled. I also notified the representative that I would report them and contact my bank to stop payment. The representative on the phone said that she would escalate this to her manager and that her manager would call me back to resolve this dispute. I was not given another option. I was asked if that was ok to which I could only say yes because I was not given another option. Her manager never called back and the total sum of $270.88 was charged to my bank account. The order number is 2E7841F996. My bank offices are closed for the weekend so I may not be able to stop the payment before it gets processed. I will drive to my bank on Monday to try to stop the transaction.

So far I have been charged *** and none of the products in my possession. On may 4,2022 I placed an order for cod gummies. I thought it was a one time purchase and the price was *** per bottle with 2 free. After I bought it the price came to ***. A few hours later I decided to cancel but when I did they said the order was already shipped and the only way to get my money back was to return the product but I had to pay the shipping. After much back and forth I agreed to pay 50%off.!when I got the package, it was in small bottles with less than the original ad. I contacted them and said I will send it back and get a full refund even though I had to pay *** for shipping. After a week or so I noticed that they still did not refund me so I contacted them again. They said they couldnt give me a refund until they got the package. That was unfortunate because I lost the tracking number and they say they have a big warehouse so theres no way to find it without the tracking number. After a week with no refund I get an email that another *** of the same order is being shipped to me. I checked my charge card and saw that there was a pending charge from purekana. I called the credit card and they say they cannot do anything until the charge goes through. Yesterday the charge went through. I called purekana to complain about the new order which I never got. The person said that I had ordered a subscription which is a total lie. Again I was offered a 30%refund off the new charge which is so ridiculous. I asked to speak to a supervisor but she put me on hold and said theres no supervisor around. I told her to have someone call me . So far no call and no package which I was going to refuse to accept when it comes. Im filing this complaint because I feel this company is a scam and giving me the run around. Please investigate them and get these people to treat customers honestly if they can. If anyone asks me about the product or company I will have a lot to say.

On 8/6/22 I was looking at purchasing from a company called Purekanacbd.com after seeing an ad on *** with a lot of testimonials that this product helped with coughing. I clicked on the Buy 3, Get 2 free offer, read ALL the fine print, made sure I was not subscribing to any recurring order, etc. I had my payment information entered, but did NOT check out or finalize ANY purchase. I decided to *** the company since I was concerned about their claims of "curing" someone from COPD, which I know is not possible. As soon as I typed in the company's name, the auto complete added "scams" and I knew I was not ordering anything from them. I read some of the reviews and went back to my "cart" and to my surprise, the charge of $94.71 ($31.57 per bottle x 3 with free shipping), had been changed to $211.04 and the screen said thank you for your order! I am convinced that because I had my card saved to *** wallet, there was a way that they captured my info and completed my order as soon as I left the site. I called the company on 8/10/22 at 834am ET and spoke to *** After giving her my last name and zip code, she said, "Congratulations on taking advantage of our Buy 3, Get 2 Free offer at $31.57/bottle." I told her that I was charged $211.04 and that I'd already tried to cancel my order before it was shipped but I was calling again to speak to someone about refunding my card. She offered to refund me 15%. I told her that was only $31.66 and I had been overcharged for something that I didn't even authorize. She hung up on me and now I cannot reach anyone at the number listed on their website. I called my bank to dispute the charge and had to cancel my card. Either way, it's cost me time and money for something I did not authorize at a price that was considerably more than I was considering paying. I can buy cbd gummies anywhere. I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company! I purchase online a lot and I've never had my order completed without my consent!

On 3/08/2022 I placed an order on Pure Kana web site for an offer of buy 3 bottles & get 2 free bottles of CBD vegan gummies at $39.74 value. Then when confirming the order it stated for $10 more you can upgrade to a ***mg. Which I did. Then hit the button confirming the order. Thats when an invoice appeared stating the invoice# 8B5E847bF7 Buy 3 + 2 Free ***mgCBD = $249.70 600mg Mint CBD Tincure = $49.99 Total $298.69. By the way their ad is worded my figures would be $39.74x3=$119.22+$10 upgrade=$129.22. I did not order the Tincure CBD. So after seeing their figures I go to cancel the order and there was no place to cancel the order. So on 3/9/2022 at 11:10am I go to send them an email and see one from PureKana stating they recieved my order and will be shipped 24hour or less. At which time I replied requesting my order to be canceled. That I did not order the Tincure and was overcharged b/c of their deceptive wording of their ad. And I would like my funds credited back to my account as quickly as they were removed. At 11:14 am they stated my request *** has been recieved and being reviewed by support staff. Immediately got a response from *** stating that it was $39.74 x 5 bottles+ 5 upgrades ($50) + $49.99 Tincure =$298.69. Told him no to cancel the order. At which time I received an email stating my order and MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (unaware of and did not request) has been canceled and terminated. Then later that day 3/09/2022 got an email stating my order has been shipped. Time of shipping 4:53pm. Almost 5 hours after I received an email stating it was canceled. Emailed them back stating I talked to postmaster and as soon as it comes in it will be returned to them by her unopened. And to immediately return my funds to my account. As I will not pay for return shipping or supply the return with a tracking #. I also see it only states the gummies were canceled and only Tincure shipped. More deception to come obviously. Told them I did not order!

PureKana I am writing on behalf of my mother, ***

I am writing on behalf of my mother, ***. She ordered a bottle of PureKana Premium CBD Gummies online to help with her knee pain. She didn't realize she was signing up for an auto ship subscription that charged her between $240 to $270 per month since September . When i found out what happened in Janurary 2022, I promptly called PureKana and canceled the subscription for her. At first, they pressured me to continue the subscription but finally did cancel it. i called back a few days later after checking their return policy on the website, and it stated returns/refunds within 30 days. I was told they would not take them back or issue a refund for any of the product. We accept the fact she would not be able to return the bottles she received Sept, October and November but they would not authorize a return for shipments received within 30 days in December and January! *** the supervisor, he told me she would've had to return the December and January shipments within 30 days of September when she signed up for the plan! How is that even possible? I said the website states a 30-day return policy and he told me it "wasn't exactly fraudulent" and there was nothing he could do. I believe this is deceptive and misleading.My 80-year-old mother lives on a $1200 a month social security check and to be out that much money is not right. Any help you can give her would be greatly appreciated. I attached a copy of Purekana's Return/Refunds statement listed on their website. On Feb 28, 2022 I placed an order (# 3D90030F4A) with PureKana for a 3 Pack of PureKanaCBD ***mg Vegan Gummies. The website stated it would ship in 24 hours or less. Time passed; no product came. On March 10 2022, someone calling themselves, "***-Head of *** sent an email entitled, "Order on the Way". She gave a personal apology for the delay claiming it was hard to keep up with demand but the issue was resolved. I should expect my order within 1-5 business days. I waited until the 15th but received no gummies; so I called customer service @ ***. The Rep was apologetic, wasn't sure what had caused the snafu, but said they were putting in a NEW order for me right then and promised it would be quickly shipped. Again-I got nothing. I called them again on March 23 2022. I told them I was upset. I'd paid for a product and it still hadn't been sent. I asked how this could be resolved. The Rep I spoke with this time, said the order HAD been shipped and I should receive it on Thursday. She asked if I was satisfied with this resolution and I told her "No". I no longer believed them. I would be satisfied when the product arrived. After the call ended, I emailed them stating that I had come to feel they were likely running a scam. I stated I would wait to check my mail on Thursday and if there was still no delivery, I would follow whatever legal means I could to get this resolved. I said that if need be, I would contact the Attorney General. I told them I just wanted an honest, quick resolution. I got a reply stating my email had been marked "Request # ***" and was being looked into. I checked my mail on Thursday. I checked again on Friday and Saturday. This company has never done anything the said they would except take my money. I find the whole experience to have been very distasteful. And I'm appalled at how casually they are willing to be dishonest, break the law and rip people off without a thought. Can you help?
