I have placed a few order over the last three years. I have never had any issues with the quality or service, but have never had to contact customer service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else, and they always arrive in a timely manner.

I've ordered several items from this company 3 times this week.the shipping is free and I get my purchase is just two -three days tops, & everything is wrapped with care. I'll be sharing my products on my YouTube platform. Pure formulas thank you and if you want me to review any of your products I'd sure do it..

Ordered Thursday of this week and it came today (Saturday) with 2 day shipping. Not bad considering I ordered late on the actual day. No real complaints here at all. Not sure about the other negative reviews as I usually use reviews to determine if I should utilize a company or not but really needed to order something from the US and they had it. Will do business again!

While this company has a decent line of products, I gave them a lot of business, and my account was suddenly deactivated. Even after calling three times, I was never given a reason. Very frustrating. I don't understand why a business turns away easy profit.

I had a pretty bad experience with PureFormulas.com. I ordered some cheap products from them and luckily, they arrived on time and without any damage. However, when I had an issue with my order, I had to deal with their "Customer Happiness Team" and it was a nightmare. They took so long to respond to my messages and didn't seem to care about making things right.

Unfortunately, my first order was a disaster. The glass bottles were damaged and leaked all over the place, making the entire package sticky and gross. The post office didn't even want to leave it at my house! It was a mess. After that experience, I quickly learned that I should never order from PureFormulas again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with PureFormulas. I bought this RealFood Organics liquid aloe vera and it was a total disaster. I put it in the fridge like they said to, but after just a few days, I noticed black mold growing on the spout. And when I poured it out, there was mold on the bottom of the bottle too! Gross! The expiration date wasn't until 2016, so I don't know what the deal was.

I tried emailing customer service three times over the course of two weeks, but I didn't get a response until way later. And when I tried calling, I was on hold for over two hours! I mean, come on, how can a company that's all about wellness and self-care treat their customers like this? It's just not right.

I used to like PureFormulas, but after this experience, I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. Their "quality guarantee" is a joke if they can't even respond to a simple email or answer the phone. It's just not acceptable.

I had a really frustrating experience with Pure Formulas. I called them up just 15 minutes before they were supposed to close, and the voice on the other end told me that someone would be with me "briefly." But then, for some reason, the voice queue looped back around and I had to wait on hold for what felt like forever. To make matters worse, I also tried their Live Chat feature at the same time, but nobody seemed to be available. It all felt very fake to me, like they were trying to make it seem like they had tons of customers when really they were just understaffed.

The reason I was trying to get in touch with them was because I needed to return an item. I thought it would be easy enough to do online, but when I went to my invoice, the RETURN button was grayed out. What the heck?! So I couldn't return it online, and I couldn't return it via chat or phone because nobody was available to take my call. And yet, they claim on their website that returns are easy. What a joke!

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Pure Formulas. It felt like they were trying to make things difficult for me, rather than making it easy to return an item. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

I've been buying stuff from PureFormulas for a while now, and I gotta say, their products are top-notch and they ship super fast. But I gotta give them a big fat 1 star for their customer service. That was at 6:43pm yesterday, and it's now 1:15pm today. I've been on their website trying to use their return process, but it's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded. And to make matters worse, I've gotten two emails from them thanking me for my request, but still no info on how to return my item. It's enough to make a guy go crazy!

I did some digging around and it turns out I'm not the only one who's had to deal with PureFormulas' "customer be damned" attitude. There are tons of other reviews out there from people who've had similar experiences. So, take my advice and steer clear of this company. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

I recently ordered from PureFormulas and unfortunately, my package was sent without insurance through USPS. The package was sent on March 10th, 2022 and according to the tracking information, it arrived at a Customs Facility in Germany on August 10th, 2022. However, after waiting for a month, I contacted Customs in Germany and German DHL Post only to find out that the package could not be found and was not insured. This meant that they couldn't do anything to help me retrieve my package.

I had paid $16 for shipping and over $60 for the order, which was a significant amount of money for me. When I contacted PureFormulas Customer Service, they informed me that they couldn't do anything to help me either. They couldn't refund my money or send another replacement package. According to their policy, the buyer takes all the risk when ordering internationally. This was very disappointing and frustrating for me as an international buyer.

I lost 80 EUR due to this unfortunate incident. There was no option for insured delivery when I was placing my order. If there was, I would have definitely chosen it. Although tracking was provided, it was useless in this case. Additionally, I tried to pay with PayPal, but the website had an error, which made me wonder if it was intentional.

Now, I have to report this to my bank and see if they can help me further. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any help from PureFormulas, USPS, or German Post. I would advise international buyers to be cautious when ordering from PureFormulas as there is a risk of losing your money if the package is lost by post.

I had a really bad experience with Pure Formulas. I tried to leave a review on Reseller ratings, but it didn't work, so I'm glad I found this site. My order went missing and I had to talk to a bunch of different customer service agents, including a Miss Sharma Miller. One of them promised me a refund or a reshipment, but when the claim was done, they didn't give me either. I was really upset and I talked to a supervisor, but they still wouldn't give me a refund. I even tried to contact the owner of the company, but they didn't respond.

I think it's really important for a company to keep their promises to their customers. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because Pure Formulas wouldn't give me a refund. I also told them that I was going to complain to as many agencies as possible, starting with the BBB. It's really disappointing that a company that calls themselves the "Customer Happiness Team" doesn't care about their customers at all.

I recently bought two bottles of Nutri-West Core Level Health Reserve 120'S from Pure Formulas. My wife opened them and took three with her lunch as usual. However, she quickly got indigestion, and upon inspection, we discovered that the vitamins had a rancid odor and were a dark brown color instead of the usual green. My wife got progressively sicker and even vomited.

I contacted Pure Formulas' customer service to warn them about this issue and requested a refund. I even sent them pictures comparing the color of the vitamins from this batch to the usual color. However, their response was unsatisfactory, stating that they cannot accept opened items and that I should contact Nutri-West for questions about the change in color and smell.

I was disappointed with their response, and my only recourse was to open a dispute with my AMEX card. It's frustrating that there's no way to know if a vitamin product is contaminated or defective without opening the package. Amazon sells the same vitamins, and they would instantly refund if you wanted to return a defective product, even if opened.

I don't recommend buying these vitamins from Pure Formulas. I believe they are selling third-party goods, and their customer service team is incredibly unhelpful. I'm concerned that they don't seem to care about their customers' well-being. All the posted reviews are from years back, and there's nothing current. I plan to write to Jose Prendes, the CEO, to alert him of the company's bad practices.

I've been ordering from Pure Formulas for a good while now, maybe about 7 or 8 times. I gotta say, my orders always come in on time and they're usually left right on my front porch. But my last shipment was a bit of a hassle. I got a notice from the US Post Office saying that there was $6.21 postage due and that I had to go to the Post Office, wait in line, pay the extra postage, and then they'd give me my $115 order (which was supposed to have free shipping, mind you). Needless to say, I was pretty upset about it.

So I called up the Customer Happiness Team at around 8:45pm eastern time, but it seemed like everyone had gone home early because all the extensions were unavailable. I tried again the next day and finally got through. They told me that my package wasn't left at my house because there wasn't a safe place to leave it, and that the extra money was because the Post Office had to keep it and I had to pick it up. What?! That didn't make any sense to me.

I started talking to this lady named Lynn and she started arguing with me about how they put enough postage on it. Like, really? Pure Formulas never makes a mistake? They're all super humans? I'm just a liar? Why would my 8th shipment suddenly not have a safe location? Lynn said it was because that's what the Post Office put on the tracking. But that didn't make any sense either. Is there a box for them to check that says you didn't put enough postage on the shipment? I highly doubt it.

So I went and stood in line at the Post Office and asked them about it. They said it happens all too often. Pure Formulas put enough postage for 2lbs, but it was actually 2lbs 2 ounces. I paid the extra postage and finally got my shipment. But all Lynn at Pure Formulas said they would do for me was reimburse my account the postage once I went to the post office, stood in line, paid for my FREE SHIPPING, got a receipt, scanned the receipt, and emailed it to them. Really?! That's it? Yes, that's it. Well, that's it for you too, Pure Formulas.

Hey, I gotta say, Pure Formulas is the real deal. Me and my old man have been using their Nano products for years now, and let me tell ya, we've seen some real benefits from it. We used to get our stuff from other companies, but we recently had an experience with Pure Formulas that really stood out to us.

So, we called them up last Friday right before they were about to close up shop for the day. We got connected with this lady named Sharma Miller, and let me tell ya, she was a real gem. She told us that she couldn't process our order that day because it was too late, but she let us know that they were still running their Memorial Day sale and to give them a call back on Tuesday. And let me tell ya, she had a real nice personality. It's rare these days to get someone on the phone who's actually pleasant to talk to, ya know?

Anyway, we hung up the phone and thought, "Hey, it's Memorial Day weekend, we should be able to find some good deals on these products." So we spent the next few days calling up other businesses that sell the same stuff. But let me tell ya, it was a real bust. Nobody was calling us back, the deals weren't as good, and some of them didn't even carry the Nano product we wanted. It was like nobody else was even working!

So come Tuesday morning, we called up Pure Formulas again and got connected with Sharma once more. She remembered us from Friday and even gave us a better deal on the products we were getting. And let me tell ya, she's just a real nice employee with a great personality. We were so glad we called on Friday and got her on the phone. We placed our order on Tuesday and got our items real quick since we live in Jupiter.

We just wanted to give Sharma a shoutout and let Pure Formulas know that they've got a real gem on their hands. If more people were like her, the world would be a better place. It's so rare these days to get someone on the phone who's actually nice and helpful. So thank you, Sharma and Pure Formulas. We'd definitely recommend you to our friends.

It's frustrating to feel like your concerns are not being heard or taken seriously. Without customers, they wouldn't have a business, so it's important that they prioritize customer satisfaction.

I even tried calling to speak with Mary, but she had already left for the day. I was eventually passed on to Francisco, who promised to send me a prepaid postage label for my return. I recently made a purchase on Pure Formulas and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. Ordered from Pure Formulas twice, first time in April when it was cool and nice outside. Got gel capsules that were melted and stuck together. Thought it was a one-time thing so ordered the same product a few months later, but they arrived in the same condition. Tried to complain to customer service but no response. Seems like they don't store their products properly, maybe no climate control. Even if they sell good stuff, it won't matter if it arrives all messed up.

I recently purchased a jar of Olly Women's Multi Vitamins from Pure Formulas, an online retailer. These guys are not professional at all. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, the customer service person said it was in stock when it wasn't. Then when I called to ask why I only received a partial order, nobody knew what happened, but they promised to fix the problem right away and send the missing item as a courtesy. Today I called to ask about the replacement and was told nobody knew anything about it. I told that lady that they lost not one, but two customers. I already called my buddy and told him not to call those crooks again. There are too many good companies out there. These guys are really bad at their job. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Their license should be taken away.

I recently bought a product from Pure Formulas that I have been purchasing for my daughter for the past two years. I spent around $50 on it, but when it arrived, it was not what I expected. The vegan iron gummy vitamins were gummy, mushy, and different from any other company I have bought from before. My daughter was upset and did not want to take them on the second day. I contacted the company and explained my situation, and they sent out two more jars. We were hopeful that the new jars would be better, but unfortunately, we found ourselves in the same situation again. We still did not have the right product.

I called the company again, hoping for a solution, but they wanted me to send back the product and waste my gas and time going to the post office. As someone who has a job, I did not want to add a second one to my already busy schedule. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Pure Formulas. At the beginning of March I ordered from you a bottle of PPC Phoschol.
As soon as I opened the bottle the lid broke in two separate pieces. Without the lid i didn't know how to store the product. Note this product its for my child who is [removed] and I'm not ready to take any risks with his health. I tried to fix the lid and to find a replacement lid without success.
The bottle was really expensive so I contacted your customer services to have it replaced. I was offered first a 15% refund which I refused and then a replacement bottle, with shipping at my own expenses. I'm not quite sure what to do with a replacement bottle now after more than a week that the product is not correctly stored. Also it means I will have to put the liquid from one bottle to the other with possible risks of contamination in the process.
I paid for a bottle in good order and conditions. I didn't pay for a damaged good.
This is not fair and I feel cheated for my money. Is this how your treat your clients?! I'm really really unhappy and I have already vented in several fb groups of mothers that are using similar products for their autistic children, including your product.

The worst experience I've ever had buying online. This company is very irresponsible and cares nothing about customers.
I ordered several items two months ago and never received them. I called customer service and what said that it was on back order. And the reason is that the items at the moment of ordering weren't in stock. How come then you took off my money? How's this possible?
Please, refund as soon as possible. Your representatives refused to do this.

I ordered several supplements from the company www.pureformulas.com. It was awful, because they delivered these supplements and it turned out that the expiry day was in the same month. I used the liquid only twice and when I opened the fridge I noticed mould on the bottom on the bottle. I was shocked and threw it away. Don’t buy such bad and not long-lasting items.

I ordered samples of the supplements from the website www.pureformulas.com. I paid only $5.99, but I haven’t received my order. After 3 weeks they sent me another email, where they informed me that I didn’t cancel the further orders of their samples, and they would send another order, but at this time the price would be $89.99. I tried to reach them, but no one replied and several my emails were returned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I ordered vitamins and supplements from www.pureformulas.com. The seller informed that the shipping would be for free, and after that he charged me for my order. 2 days later I noticed unauthorized charge from my account. It turned out that the seller took money for the shipping and even didn’t inform me about it. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop charges, coz I think it won’t be the last one. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
