I have placed a few order over the last three years. I have never had any issues with the quality or service, but have never had to contact customer service. Always a very easy transaction. They have a good selection of supplements that can't be found anywhere else, and they always arrive in a timely manner.

I've ordered several items from this company 3 times this week.the shipping is free and I get my purchase is just two -three days tops, & everything is wrapped with care. I'll be sharing my products on my YouTube platform. Pure formulas thank you and if you want me to review any of your products I'd sure do it..

Ordered Thursday of this week and it came today (Saturday) with 2 day shipping. Not bad considering I ordered late on the actual day. No real complaints here at all. Not sure about the other negative reviews as I usually use reviews to determine if I should utilize a company or not but really needed to order something from the US and they had it. Will do business again!

While this company has a decent line of products, I gave them a lot of business, and my account was suddenly deactivated. Even after calling three times, I was never given a reason. Very frustrating. I don't understand why a business turns away easy profit.

I recently made a purchase on Pure Formulas and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I ordered two bottles of 90 capsules each, but when my package arrived, I received two bottles of 60 capsules instead. At first, I thought it was just a mistake, but when I contacted customer support, I was told that the manufacturer had changed the bottle size.

I was frustrated because I had paid for 180 capsules and felt like I was being misled by false advertising. I explained my situation to the customer support representative and asked if they could ship me an additional 60 capsules to make up for the difference. However, I was told that this was not possible.

While I was on hold waiting to speak with a representative, I couldn't help but notice that the company's hold message was all about how much they care about their customers. It was ironic to me that they were saying one thing, but not following through with their actions.

Overall, I think Pure Formulas has some work to do when it comes to customer service and making sure that their customers are getting what they paid for. I hope that they can improve in the future and provide a better experience for their customers.

Ordered from Pure Formulas twice, first time in April when it was cool and nice outside. Got gel capsules that were melted and stuck together. Thought it was a one-time thing so ordered the same product a few months later, but they arrived in the same condition. Tried to complain to customer service but no response. Seems like they don't store their products properly, maybe no climate control. Even if they sell good stuff, it won't matter if it arrives all messed up.

I recently purchased a jar of Olly Women's Multi Vitamins from Pure Formulas, an online retailer. I had previously bought them from Target and they seemed fine, so I thought I would give the online option a try. However, when I received the jar, I was disappointed to find that the gummies had melted into one large, smelly lump. I was not happy with this purchase and decided to contact their customer service to express my concerns.

To my surprise, I found out that I was not the only one who had experienced this issue. I had come across another review online that mentioned melted vitamins as well. I brought this up to the customer service representative and suggested that if this was a common issue, they should not be shipping the product during the summer months. I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my recent experience with Pure Formulas. I placed an order a few days back and my credit card was charged right away. But since then, I haven't heard a peep from them. No confirmation email, no shipping notification, nada. All I keep getting are these promotional emails that I have no interest in.

I tried to check the status of my order online, but apparently you need the order number to do that. And of course, I didn't write it down. So that was a dead end.

I've been a customer of Pure Formulas for a while now and I gotta say, I've been pretty happy with them and their products. However, my recent experience with them left me feeling a little disappointed. I ordered 4 products from them, but only received 3 of them. One of the products was on backorder, but I didn't see that when I placed my order for my vitamins. I tried emailing them about it, but didn't get a response. So, I decided to give them a call.

Let me tell you, the person I spoke to on the phone was not the happiest camper. It took a bit of complaining on my end about my missing product for him to even give me an apology. It's a shame that they dropped the ball on customer service like that. But, I was able to resolve the issue by asking for a refund. At least he was able to do that for me - I hope.

Despite this hiccup, I still think Pure Formulas is a good company. They have a wide selection of products and their prices are pretty reasonable. I just wish their customer service was a little better. Hopefully, they can work on that and improve in the future.

Pure Formulas, located at *** NW 102 Road, Suite 2, Miami, FL ***, is a company that I recently tried out for the first time. I was pleased with one of the products I received, but unfortunately, another product did not agree with me. I decided to return it and was disappointed to find out that their refund policy is quite unprofessional and inefficient.

When I returned the product, I was informed that it would take at least three weeks for me to receive my refund. This was quite frustrating, as I had already given them notification of the shipping and expected a quicker turnaround time. However, they informed me that they needed to receive the product first and then quarantine it for two weeks before releasing the funds.

I was hoping to use Pure Formulas again in the future, but due to their poor refund policy, I will not be doing business with them again. There are many other vitamin companies out there that offer much better customer service and more efficient refund policies.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Pure Formulas. While I did enjoy one of the products I received, their refund policy left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they can improve their policies in the future to better serve their customers.

Pure Formulas is a company that I have had experience with in the past. I remember trying them out a few years ago and unfortunately, I had to stop purchasing from them because of their customer service department. It was a nightmare! They kept charging me for things that I was no longer ordering and when I called to address the issue, it was like they didn't care at all. It was frustrating and I felt like they were playing dead or dumb.

Recently, I decided to give Pure Formulas another chance. I was hoping that they had improved their customer service relations and worked out the kinks that they had in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with them was still terrible. It was like trying to talk to a toddler about a problem. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and completely ignorant. Once again, I lost money and time from having to deal with them.

I have learned my lesson and I am done with this subpar company. It is disappointing to see that they have not made any improvements in their customer service department. I would not recommend Pure Formulas to anyone.

These guys are not professional at all. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, the customer service person said it was in stock when it wasn't. Then when I called to ask why I only received a partial order, nobody knew what happened, but they promised to fix the problem right away and send the missing item as a courtesy. Today I called to ask about the replacement and was told nobody knew anything about it. I told that lady that they lost not one, but two customers. I already called my buddy and told him not to call those crooks again. There are too many good companies out there. These guys are really bad at their job. They shouldn't be allowed to do business. Their license should be taken away.

I recently bought a product from Pure Formulas that I have been purchasing for my daughter for the past two years. I spent around $50 on it, but when it arrived, it was not what I expected. The vegan iron gummy vitamins were gummy, mushy, and different from any other company I have bought from before. My daughter was upset and did not want to take them on the second day. I contacted the company and explained my situation, and they sent out two more jars. We were hopeful that the new jars would be better, but unfortunately, we found ourselves in the same situation again. We still did not have the right product.

I called the company again, hoping for a solution, but they wanted me to send back the product and waste my gas and time going to the post office. As someone who has a job, I did not want to add a second one to my already busy schedule. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Pure Formulas. I felt like I had to fight tooth and nail to get a resolution, and it was a waste of my time. I wish their customer service was more understanding and accommodating.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with Pure Formulas. I will not be ordering from them again in the future.

At the beginning of March I ordered from you a bottle of PPC Phoschol.
As soon as I opened the bottle the lid broke in two separate pieces. Without the lid i didn't know how to store the product. Note this product its for my child who is [removed] and I'm not ready to take any risks with his health. I tried to fix the lid and to find a replacement lid without success.
The bottle was really expensive so I contacted your customer services to have it replaced. I was offered first a 15% refund which I refused and then a replacement bottle, with shipping at my own expenses. I'm not quite sure what to do with a replacement bottle now after more than a week that the product is not correctly stored. Also it means I will have to put the liquid from one bottle to the other with possible risks of contamination in the process.
I paid for a bottle in good order and conditions. I didn't pay for a damaged good.
This is not fair and I feel cheated for my money. Is this how your treat your clients?! I'm really really unhappy and I have already vented in several fb groups of mothers that are using similar products for their autistic children, including your product.

The worst experience I've ever had buying online. This company is very irresponsible and cares nothing about customers.
I ordered several items two months ago and never received them. I called customer service and what said that it was on back order. And the reason is that the items at the moment of ordering weren't in stock. How come then you took off my money? How's this possible?
Please, refund as soon as possible. Your representatives refused to do this.

I ordered several supplements from the company www.pureformulas.com. It was awful, because they delivered these supplements and it turned out that the expiry day was in the same month. I used the liquid only twice and when I opened the fridge I noticed mould on the bottom on the bottle. I was shocked and threw it away. Don’t buy such bad and not long-lasting items.

I ordered samples of the supplements from the website www.pureformulas.com. I paid only $5.99, but I haven’t received my order. After 3 weeks they sent me another email, where they informed me that I didn’t cancel the further orders of their samples, and they would send another order, but at this time the price would be $89.99. I tried to reach them, but no one replied and several my emails were returned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I ordered vitamins and supplements from www.pureformulas.com. The seller informed that the shipping would be for free, and after that he charged me for my order. 2 days later I noticed unauthorized charge from my account. It turned out that the seller took money for the shipping and even didn’t inform me about it. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop charges, coz I think it won’t be the last one. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.
