My water heater died January 1/22. I called Drain Pro at 7:30 in the morning expecting to leave a voicemail. I was shocked when the phone was answered, and within two hours Mark was at my home replacing the tank for me. By noon I had hot water again. Very professional, courteous, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Drain Pro to my family and friends, and will definitely be calling this company first the next time I need any kind of plumbing done. Thank you!

Drain Pro Plumbing were quick and professional. Jason, the owner, was able to answer all my calls and was on top of communication. John, John and Adam who came to the house were helpful and hard workers. Can't thank these guys enough, they provided excellent work, were honest about what needed to be done and had our best interest at heart. Would 10/10 recommend their services. They showed up at the end of the work day to fit us in, came early the next day and got the job done. With a 2 month old baby at home we needed our drains working again quick and they delivered. Thanks to everyone at Drain Pro Plumbing for their honest hard work. They had us up and running again ASAP.

I have used Drain Pro on several occasions always when fast service is critical. They have always arrived the same day and completed the job quickly even with 3 feet of snow on the ground. I would always recommend Jaeson and his crew for any job.

I have used Drain Pro on numerous occasions for issues around my home for the last couple of years. Jaeson and his staff have been the best. They are personable, courteous, helpful and respectful and explain what the job entails and what the best solution is to solve the issue. I trust their judgement and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had many dealings with Drain Pro Plumbing and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. A few days ago I called with a plumbing issue and a very helpful plumber (sorry I can't remember his name) arrived the same day and did the repair. This was during the Covid 19 pandemic so I really appreciate these essential workers taking care of us.

We had an back up issue with our drains and Drain Pro sent one of their plumbers on the same day that we contacted them. Their plumber surveyed the situation and recommended that we get our our septic tank pumped out. We called and arranged that also on the same day. Drain Pro's advice was correct and I would highly recommend them for their efficient and timely advice.

John repaired both a drain (augered) and a burst pipe (they had to jack hammer the slab for access). They helped to facilitate with our insurance claim too. During what was a very busy time, they answered our calls and promptly completed the repairs. Jaeson, the owner/manager was very helpful getting the information out to the insurance adjuster to help get our claim processed. I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain Pro for help in the future. We had contacted many companies for our drainage issue in December but all were busy at the time. Many companies that we called provided DrainPro Plumbing and Drainage in Victoria as a company that did the scope of work we needed to be done, perimeter drains. During hiring process, we discussed work needing to be done, we were advised damage would be minimal, although the yard would look like the surface of the moon and it could take 6 to 8 weeks . We were assured it would be put back like they had never been there, During the same conversation we discussed our sprinkler system, we still used it all the time and wanted to make sure there would be no damage and remain intact working the same was as before they started work. We were told system would be capped. Based on the conversation and the assurance we received, we decided to use DrainPro When the job was to start one of our main concerns was communication, we needed to know what was happening example, timelines, vehicles to be moved etc. We received first conformation of start date and time, DrainPro started 2 hours late and no phone call. From February 9,2021 the start of our project, onward communication was almost nonexistent. We sent emails and left messages with no response. When we received a call from the owner of DrainPro we felt he was dismissive not just to us but to our neighbors whose side yard was dug up. The crew would just show up to work. There were many times with no supervision and we would ask what was happening and they would say I guess we will start over here. When the tar and stippling was put on the foundation of the house, one worker followed the dirt line and not the foundation, so we now have exposed stippling on our stucco. Drain pro accepted no responsibility to the damage they caused and now must be fixed out of our pocket. As for our sprinkler system, it's gone and we will have to pay out of pocket. Our front cement stairs were pulled away form the house resulting with them collapsing into a 9 foot trench they had dug at the front of the house. Again, by crew not seeing what was happening and stopping what was going on. We also had to phone Fortis as we felt our gas line was insecure. When the owner and two other supervisors came over to discuss the stair situation, even though the crew caused the stairs to collapse it was made very clear they were not at "fault" again accepting no responsibility for their damage. We are very lucky as our insurance company covered our stairs, we asked DrainPro to provide us with an emergency exit out our front door this took a week to get this resolved. At that time, we asked the owner for better communication regarding the coming and goings, he said you will see a lot more of me. We did not. Making verbal promises but not following through. We had been told there would be need to dig in our back yard, we understood this, one hole was dug and left for a couple of months the next hole was dug on the May long weekend and left until completion of the job in July. These are just a few. The job started in February. There were some delays due to other trades that had to get involved (our cement stairs). We kept a daily diary of work done, work not done, no shows, when we called and left voicemails and sent emails, when trades would show what was done and the information we were provide by trades, crew or company reps (owner, supervisors, etc) We are so glad we did. The owner of DrainPro never saw the completed job he said he would do a walk through, instead he sent a supervisor to look, and the supervisor said he would have the owner come by, that was July 16,2021. We cannot emphasize enough the amount of stress, duress and expenses this company has caused due to the repeated damage done to our home and property and the actions and lack of action by the owner of the company, the whole all consuming ordeal. We will not or would never recommend this company to anyone for any project big or small. Check reviews, due your due diligence and if able to, speak to the people who in good faith hired people/companies but services/goods were not delivered. Talk to those who received what was promised as promised.

We have asked Drain Pro Plumbing to come help us and figure out what is happening with our perimeter drain. On February 22nd, their technician came on site to examine our perimeter drain. He used his camera and informed us that the perimeter drain does not go all around our house. We then started inquiring about upgrading our perimeter drain so that it would protect the entire house from potential floods. An engineer from Sooke district informed us that it is highly unlikely that our perimeter drain was not going all around the house. We then decided to bring a second company to verify. XYZ Plumbing came to our property on March 17th. Their technician using the same camera, immediately found a junction right at the pump chamber that brings in the front of the perimeter drain. I was charged $XXX by Drain Pro Plumbing for an incomplete inspection of our perimeter drain while XYZ Plumbing figured everything out for only $XXX. I definitely did not receive the service I paid for. I have approached Drain Pro Plumbing with my concern a week ago and they have never replied.
