Puls Technologies review: Scam. No follow up on work needed.

Made an appointment to have my washer checked out. The technician came promptly. It was a Saturday. He told me that the parts supplier was closed on the weekend and he would have to get back to me on Monday. I never heard anything so I tried texting and emailing with no response. I have called the company twice and was told they would follow up on it and get back to me. I'm still waiting. The initial evaluation was 5/17. I would never use this company again.
