The e-mail verfication code page and I have been trying since NOV 2024 to get a code the code is not coming to my e-mail I can go back and forth with the support bots but no code I have had this account for over 10 years and right now I just want it closed but according to the support bots they have to send an e-mail to the address that is not receving the verification code

Desired outcome: Just close the account send closing instructions by snail mail I do not care I am done
