I’ve been with this company CALLED PROTECT MY CAR AFTER MARKET WARRnty coverage for my car IVE BEEN MAKING MY MOUNTHLY PAYMENTS AND EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE AND I HAVE COVERAGE FOR 2 cars well NOW ITS GOING ON 4 WEEKS THAT MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP AND THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME The runaround about what’s going on with them getting the claim in and and while they are doing this I’ve been sitting here without a vehicle to drive and I am losing money that I do not have trying to get rides to doctors appointments to get groceries to get to get my meds to get anywhere that I need to go because they keep playing games about my coverage well they finally get somebody out there or whatever they needed to do and took pictures and I finally get a hold of them again and the guy goes over the pictures and tells me because of the rust on my car or whatever and something that was on there when we were looking at it we left on there to see where the leak was coming from the guy says no we are going to deny your coverage and we’re not gonna pay for it I told the gentleman what do you mean you’re not gonna pay for it and you guys say that I’m supposed to have a rental car and everything else if it was gonna be over four hours worth of work well I’ve been waiting weeks now and it’s hard to get a hold of your office and your customer service because you guys aren’t 24 seven and you guys told us one thing and told the mechanic another and so they finally got out there and they’re telling me that they’re not gonna cover it that I was not keeping my car up to maintenance which I was and then they started asking for receipts and for the title they put the numbers in wrong that were on my mileages and so I continue to speak to the man and he decides after all this hard time they’re given they were giving us that oh well he’ll look at the claim it had just came in yesterday which was 86 but I talk to somebody the lady last Thursday and we’ve been trying since about two weeks and we get hung up on or we’re on hold for too long and then the office is closed well the gentleman proceeds to look at the pictures and tell me you’ve been doing this you’ve been doing that or you know telling me what I’m doing with my vehicle and he proceeds to tell me no we’re not gonna cover your the car payment of that and the payment Anisa Big covered on the car to be fixed and I told the gentleman I would like to speak to somebody higher than him because this isn’t right and he told me there is nobody higher than him that he makes the final call and the guy actually hung up on me when I was trying to dispute what he was telling me and he continue to dispute it and rudely coffee in my ear and just be very very rude the whole time there was one nice lady that I spoke to you last week when we finally got through other than that it’s been nothing but but what am I paying for this policy for if they’re not gonna cover what’s going on with it and if these problems were going on and I knew that they were beforehand why once I have brought it in already and that’s what I’m not understanding I’m telling the guy that and I said well when I signed up which you guys they didn’t tell me that I needed to keep this and I had to prove that and so for so long and they never sent me out the letter that shows me exactly what they cover that my coverage shows well now I’m still without a vehicle I am living in poverty level for the income that we have and I told the woman that when they called me and she talked me into getting a plan because it sounded very good even though I told her we don’t have money like that I live off my sons Social Security which is only $841 a month and we have a house I got two disabled kids that are young adults I’m just about myself and I had to pay for all these things and so I thought it be a good idea and the grown-up thing in the right responsible thing to get this coverage but now they’re telling me that they’re not gonna cover it and I said wow that’s real great so from a picture and you guys are in Florida off of that and you’re not listening to me to why why this piece of plastic was over the power staring where you put the fluid in because we were trying to see if that’s where it leak it was leaking from that didn’t get removed by the time they came to take pictures so on so forth then he’s telling me because of the rust well I live in Minnesota where it snows there is salt there’s everything and I do not have a garage at my home there is not a garage here he proceeded to tell me I’ve only been putting water in my radiator at this on the other and no they’re not gonna cover it and I do not see how that is fair and then for him to hang up on me that was not right and to tell me that there’s nobody higher than him to help me with my dispute so I’m on here looking for some help to try to figure out who to call to get this taken care of because now all my mess I didn’t even get to see a family member that passed away because I couldn’t get there because of the vehicle I missing all these other things and then I’m negative also due to trying to get rides and having to pay other people for rides so this company is really not good and if anybody’s got some suggestions or can help me with this because like I said I’m not very good at the Internet at all If you could maybe leave a message back on this page or if this company that’s on here that’s take these if they help me or might be able to guide me in the right direction of who I could talk to that would help me with this because like I said I’m still without a vehicle and going through one heckuva time I don’t want to put my telephone number or my email address up here because I don’t want people sending me you know crazy comments or whatever if somebody could reply to this and maybe help me in someway to tell me where I should point my complaint to to get help I’d really appreciate it thanks see you all

Desired outcome: I want to be treated like the customer I am that pays my mountly bill to protect my cars from breaking down and I can’t afford it I want them to hold up their end of the deal and approve my car to go on ahead and fix the car
