My guest's car was towed from the Winding Creek Aprt in Grand Prairie, Tx, even though I have confirmation that it was registered for 3 separate nights. The worst part is the tow truck driver visibly damaged the car in the process. There are also skid marks curving out of the parking spot where the car was parked; as if the car was drug. With out me even explaining what happened to my car, the Mechanic told be what was wrong and how it happened. The repairs were quoted to be over nine hundred dollars.

This is the worst system I've ever encountered in my life. For one I've never had to deal with registering any guests at any place I've ever lived til now. Im 44 and I've lived in a lot of places in my life. Moved into the Villas at Sierra Vista in March and up until I had to register guests I've had zero issues here. When it first denied a guest parking registration I called them and the lady said if you register the same car 3 times in a row it will deny it. That's interesting considering that's nowhere on the R2Park paperwork given with my lease or anywhere in my lease. Especially since we are allowed to have guest stay for 7 days (if guest stay longer then we just inform office. So if I can have guests for a week then how could I register their vehicle each day if according to the towing company you can only do it 3 times in a row? This is absolute ridiculousness.

My car was tow form stallion pointe i had register my vehicle like im supposed too in they still took it i had to pay almost 300 that i didnt have just to get it out before the price go up ive been trying to dispute it but they only go through emails ive been email all day in they want return my emails they are so unprofessional i want to talke to a real person on the pho not no email cause all dey do is ignore you...smh they need to be investigated cause they just screwing ppl ova plus they posed to have it in there systems that itcwas registered but they keep telling me while i dont kown nothing bout that so wtf do they kown its ridiculous how they do ppl and cant even talke them directly to get the promble solved i posted my visiting registration approval and my vehicle receipt for impound

Car was towed from Tiffany square apartments, Terrell Tx. when registered to park in R2park parking.My rent is due and I do not have the money to pay until Wednesday 9-4-2019, I really need my vehicle due it is the only way I have to work and I'm having difficulty finding rides to work. I think it's horribly sad that this company is robbing hard working people that are struggling to get by.

On December 25, 2018 I Soundra Smith had my 2017 Nissan Versa, license plate number, JBZ6448, was towed from my apartment where it is registered In the Office as my vehicle. I was informed that It did not have a sticker on it but I know for a fact that It had one because I had to purchase it from the office. Can you please speak to the office at Hunter's Green Apartments, located on 5009 Overton Ridge Blvd, to confirm this information. I do not have the money to get the car back and I do not believe it is fair if I had to pay $25 for a sticker and still get my car towed at the Apartment where I live.

This is the second time i placed this information on this site.
July 14, 2018 red 4 door HHR towed from property and it had the proper sticker from the apartment complex. A refund is requested for invoice # 28751 police #1276319. Documents have been attached with ALL of the information neccessary to give a refund.

The front is leaking water after it has been to the tow company now my whole carpet is wet and I do not understand were it is coming from my papers and materials have also become damaged from the water so please find the time to fix the car because this was no like before.thrir was also no problems with the car when it whent to the towing company thank you and I appreciate your work

i have lived in the sycamore center villas for over 9years i have has my car broked into and vandalized more than once i work late at night and have to walk to my vehicle late at night and do not feel safe having being a woman alone at night i did park my vehicle under the car port as many other cars do every night as the spots go fast due to neighbors having multi vehicles that are broken down with flat tired or expired tags i do feel this is unfair as i am a single mother and can not afford to come out of pocket on the income i make.

My brother is a disabled Desert Storm Veteran. He just recently passed away. We were in the process of moving his belongs out to a storage unit when it began to storm. We called it quits for the night, still had furniture n boxes in the van. Parked it in the same handicap spot he parked for over 4 yrs. When we awoke it was towed. The vehicle is a modified van by the VA. Its stated on the passenger side door that a ramp will drop. Disabled Veterans labels all over van. Also has hand controls to be used instead of feet. Wronfully towed n i cant get it back. My brothers Ashes n flag are in there to be put in The Dallas National Cementary. Please contact me asap Lisa McGrath at [protected]

CAPITAL TOWING took $260 from my credit card for driving violation. They were wrong! I parked my car and small part of my window was over white striped line. However, I didn’t cross it. I can’t prove I am right. No one will trust me! Can’t believe people can be so dishonest.
