ProSeriesGolf.com review: Proseries never filed my return

I efiled my return at the end of tax season (10/15/26). It is now 11/1/26 and ProSeries has not yet sent the return to the IRS. I realize that the Regs under 7502 view timely receipt by a qualified efile service as receipt by the IRS BUT when is ProSeries planning to send my return in. I have called twice and been assured that the return was being sent to the IRS the next day--guess what--never sent. Even if ProSeries sends the return now, what excuse does ProSeries have for a 15 day delay?
