On April 25, 2023, Tuesday @ 3:30 pm. I was scheduled to take a test given by the state: Nurse Aide Registry | Texas Health and Human Services. And scheduled my Clinical @ Houston Community College for May 19, 2023, Friday, @10:00 am. (My trouble all started around 9:30 am. on Tuesday 25, 2023, trying to get the Prometric Testing app up and running, I did my computer check, and everything was good until I try I to get my facial recognition photo and when I snapped the photo button, that's when my computer froze for 6 hours on end. And when I got a chance to talk to agency, they gave me a [protected] number to call, and it said on April 1, 2023, there will be no more tech support personnel to talk too, and you will need to reply to Chat Blot and It told me to reschedule my exam with my sponsor and have a nice day and ended the chat, I was to get a tech support ticket number to be able to reschedule my test, or at a cost of $ 35.00, when I missed taking my test altogether due my computer freezing up and I already paid $ 125.00 to take the test and my clinical and I refuse to pay Prometric anymore for something that didn't not take place... I have a problem with this hold testing thing is a have gotten any study work to be able to pass that test, and get reinstated in order to go back to work... I have turned this matter over to the Texas Attorney General Office in Austin, Tx. because no one at Prometric don't understand what's at stake, some of the agnecy try their best to help me, where other agnecy where just downright rude, unprofessional at their jobs and communication skills were off altogether)... I try today May 30,2023, Tuesday @ 3:55 pm. calling [protected] Prometric) the Corporate Headquarters at 1501 South Clinton St. Baltimore 21224, I didn't get anyone on the for over 05:24 to give a complaint about getting my refund for a test that I couldn't get on my computer... JUST BAD BUSSINESS: Candidate confirmation [protected]

Desired outcome: A refund of my money $125.00, and a onsite testing facility in Houston, Texas, and study package to study before taking the test.... Thank you

I was scheduled to take my April25, 2023 @ 3:30 pm. and the ProMetrics app frozen for over six hours, there was no longer Tech Support after April 1, 2023, it cost of the test was $ 125.00 was not able take my test, I told that I would have pay again $ 35.00 to reschedule my test if didn't get Tech Support Ticket Number and want study package to in order take for the Texas Nurse Aid Registry...This money rip off I want or reschedule me with same money I paid.
