ExtraMarks Unreliable and Unethical: My Experience with ExtraMarks Online Learning Platform

I recently subscribed to the online learning platform, ExtraMarks, and unfortunately, my experience has not been a great one. I was initially excited to try their services as they offer a wide range of study materials for students of all ages. However, as time went on, I found that the platform was not particularly useful for my needs.

Furthermore, I was offered a one-year subscription on a monthly basis with no mention of the hefty interest rate that came with it. After checking my documents, ExtraMarks had taken a loan of 20,000 from Bajaj Finance without my knowledge, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. I wasn't even given the chance to ask either ExtraMarks or Bajaj Finance for any kind of loan.

To add to my disappointment, the sales agent who persuaded me to try ExtraMarks was nowhere to be found once payment was completed. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they never picked up my calls.

Overall, I would not recommend ExtraMarks to others. Their business practices are questionable and their services did not work well for me personally. It's important for any company to be transparent about the terms and conditions of their services and to provide honest customer support. Unfortunately, ExtraMarks failed to meet these expectations.

It seems that the company is not interested in obtaining permission from potential customers before reaching out to them. This approach is very off-putting and can drive people away.

One must wonder about the person in charge of ExtraMarks, who continues to make questionable decisions like these. It is not wise to pester someone who is not interested in your services. Instead, businesses should strive to create a welcoming environment by showing respect and kindness to all potential customers.

To make matters worse, the company lacks an email address or contact number where customers can send their feedback. This is highly unprofessional and can lead to further frustration for customers. When consumers feel like their voices are not being heard, it can be very discouraging.

ExtraMarks Disappointing Experience with ExtraMarks: Issues with Support, Syllabus, and Refund

As a concerned parent, I made the decision to register my child for the ExtraMarks package. However, upon doing so, I have unfortunately encountered some very troubling issues that have left me feeling frustrated, let down, and even deceived. Despite paying a hefty sum of Rs 50k for the package, I have been struggling with numerous problems that have not been addressed by the ExtraMarks support team in a timely or satisfactory manner.

To make matters worse, my attempts to contact ExtraMarks support have been met with radio silence, as no one seems to be responding to my calls or messages. This has made the entire ordeal all the more stressful and overwhelming for me and my child. Additionally, I was alarmed to find that the syllabus covered by ExtraMarks is vastly different from what my child is learning at school, which raised further concerns and compounded my frustration.

As an aggrieved customer, I must express my disappointment that the ExtraMarks executive team has not taken decisive action to address these problems and restore my confidence in their service. I find myself at a loss as to what I should do next, as my attempts to secure a refund – which ExtraMarks promised me prior to my initial registration – have also fallen on deaf ears.

All in all, I am deeply troubled by my experience with ExtraMarks thus far, and I would advise other parents to exercise caution and conduct thorough research before deciding to invest in this service. I sincerely hope that the ExtraMarks team can reassess their approach and take steps to rectify these issues sooner rather than later.

The review states that they called the reviewer to come in for an interview, but then after a week of waiting, there was no response. Suddenly, a week later, they informed the reviewer that they had been selected and would receive an offer letter. ExtraMarks ExtraMarks: A Disappointing Experience of Unprofessionalism and Deceit

I had signed up for the ExtraMarks package for two years and I must admit, the quality of their services have been astoundingly good. Throughout the period, I did not experience any shortcomings or questionable drawbacks from their team. However, let me express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with their latest package which they introduced where an extra 1000 rupees were to be paid for online classes. According to their promises, the classes were supposed to commence on 8th April, 2020 but up till now, no response has been received from them. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by ExtraMarks is appalling and leaves much to be desired.

I have followed-up constantly but to no avail; no response or feedback from anyone, and all of these despite payment have been made. I cannot think of any viable reason why such an academic service provider would operate with such a callous attitude towards their valued customers. It is very unfortunate that the reputation of such a high exalted brand as ExtraMarks has been brought down due to their indifference to customer satisfaction.

It is clearly evident that they are only interested in generating revenue without giving a hint of care or recognition to the people that make it possible - their customers. I would never think of, either now or in the future to employ their services. Their commitments are nothing but mere flattery and deceit, and all they want is to fill their pockets with your hard-earned money. It is clear that their operation is solely based on profit with no values or ethics, and to see such dishonesty carried out shamelessly and without any remorse is extremely disappointing.

The way ExtraMarks has delivered their service has left me completely disappointed and embarrassed. They are toying with the emotions of their customers and they should be held culpable for their gross, unprofessional, and unethical actions. It's indeed a pity that they would let their brand image slip, simply due to their selfish interests. It is shameful and they should be held accountable for their actions.

From the initial consultation with the counselor, I was impressed with the dedication that the team at Extramarks showed to understanding my children's educational needs. I was also informed about the different features that ExtraMarks offers, such as comprehensive study materials, interactive lessons, personal tutors, and assessments, which gave me confidence that my children would have access to a well-rounded and engaging learning experience.

Since my kids started using ExtraMarks, I have noticed a significant improvement in their grades and overall performance. ExtraMarks Disappointing customer support experience with Extramarks - Unresponsive and unhelpful team

I had a truly disappointing experience while dealing with the customer support team at Extramarks. My issue pertained to a non-refund of an amount that was due to me. Despite several attempts to follow up with them, I have still not received my refund. To top it off, the support team has been quite unresponsive and unhelpful throughout my interaction with them.

I have been given a lot of excuses, and no concrete solution has been offered to me so far. The entire experience has left me feeling thoroughly unsatisfied and let down.

As a customer, it is highly disappointing to come across such a lack of professionalism and care from a company that provides educational services. My trust in the quality of services offered by Extramarks has been severely shaken. I would not recommend anyone to use their services as this experience has been very frustrating.

In conclusion, it's not enough to just provide an online tutor or e-learning platform, but also to provide good customer service to back it up. Extramarks has failed in this regard, and as an unsatisfied customer, I can only hope that they take steps to rectify their shortcomings and offer a better experience to potential and existing customers.

ExtraMarks Disappointing Experience with ExtraMarks: Missed Promises and Poor Customer Service

Recently, we decided to give ExtraMarks a try for our child's education needs. Initially, we were excited about the platform as it offered a French course which we desperately wanted for our child. However, to our disappointment, this course was not available as promised.

Furthermore, we were told that the courses would be personalized according to our child's needs, but unfortunately, this was not the case. In fact, the course material did not even align with our child's school curriculum. This left us feeling frustrated, as we expected so much more from ExtraMarks.

To add to our frustration, we faced difficulty in receiving a refund – something which we were entitled to, as we had requested within the 15-day refund period. Instead of promptly honoring our request, the refund process seemed to have been intentionally dragged on until the 15 days had passed. And after that, when we demanded a refund, we were met with a refusal from the company, using the excuse that 15 days had already passed.

As parents, we strive to provide the best possible education for our children. However, it is clear that ExtraMarks has missed the mark in delivering quality content and customer service. We hope that the company takes steps to rectify these issues and provide outstanding services to meet the needs of its customers in the future.

The administration of the organization is simply not up to the mark and have been known to lie about the fee rates and quality of education offered. Getting any kind of refund or reimbursement is an arduous task, as there is hardly any proper communication between the students and the organization's administration.

Furthermore, the classes offered by ExtraMarks fail to match the courses taught in schools, which is a cause for concern for students who rely on such online resources to supplement their education. This discrepancy in content and quality can lead to confusion and hinder academic progress.

Overall, I would not recommend ExtraMarks to anyone. It is a complete waste of time and money, and I would hate for anyone to have the same terrible experience that I had. ExtraMarks Beware of ExtraMarks: Dishonest and Fraudulent Company that Fails to Deliver Quality Services

As a former customer of ExtraMarks, I want to share my experience and urge others not to make the same mistake that I did. I had purchased their 3-year package for a whopping 40,000 rupees and was excited to start learning. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I was unable to access any of the classes that I had paid for.

Despite having made the payment, the ExtraMarks platform failed to grant me full access and continuously showed me as a trial user. I reached out to their customer service team, but it only proved to be a total waste of time. They ignored my queries and concerns, and to top it all off, their representatives stopped taking my calls altogether.

I found their behavior to be dishonest and fraudulent. It appears that their only goal is to extract money from customers, and they do not care about delivering quality services or providing real value. It is such a shame that they are allowed to continue operating in this manner.

ExtraMarks Frustrating Experience with ExtraMarks: Lack of Customer Support Disappoints

Four months ago, I decided to give ExtraMarks a try. However, after three months, I encountered some serious issues with the app, and unfortunately, there was no one available to help troubleshoot my problems. This left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed, as I had invested both time and money into this program.

As a customer, I expect to receive some form of support when I purchase a product, but with ExtraMarks, it was a different story entirely. I couldn't help but feel like this was a complete waste of both my money and energy. This wasn't the kind of experience I want to have when trying out something new.

In contrast, I've had a much more satisfying experience with another program called By Jus. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help me with any problems I had. This really highlighted the stark contrast between the two apps, and made me realize how important good customer service truly is.

Unfortunately, the only way for me to submit this review is by giving ExtraMarks a single star rating. But I want to make it clear that this rating is not reflective of the app itself, but rather only a requirement to leave a review. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed by my experience with ExtraMarks and wouldn't recommend it to others.

I had a very bad experience with this extramarks dubai branch. I paid 70600 rs for 3 years but no classes now they are not responding not refunding my money which I paid . They are cheating with everyone . They just want money after that they doesn't bother
