After a lengthy battle with customer service trying to get a re-imbursement for having my car jumped (several customer service numbers and kept being sent to roadside assistance) and no success on line either. I finally got an address in medford, ma. I had had enough. I filed a complaint with the bbb. They responded to that real quick! A week later 'vanessa' calls to tell me I can fill out a form online or mail my receipt in. She leaves me a number and when I called that number and asked for her and her department, no one had heard of her, no clue and they couldn't find my policy number because I dumped them and found someone else.
Recommendation: Cannot re-iterate enough and I'm one in a long line of many who have been screwed by Progressive, NEVER AGAIN.
