Were you aware that 2 small children in West Layton, Ut died due to the negligance of a tech that worked for Bugman pest control? The little girls names were Rachael and Rebecca Toone of West Layton, Ut. I believe that this happened in 2009, or 2010. Try "googling" Rebecca Toone, and you will be able to read all the facts about the case. Apparently the tech used "Fumatoxin" pellets in vole holes less than 3 feet right next to the house. This product emits a poison gas when moisture comes in contact with it. Apparently the poison gas was sucked into the return air vent(s) of this home. Later that night, Rebecca started to have problems breathing, and her mother rushed her to the ER where she later died. Then about 2 days later, Rachael started having the same problems, and died at Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. There was absolutely nothing that the doctors could do to save these 2 beautiful girls from the technicians carelessness. Fortunately the community gathered to show support for the family and the local AFB(Hill) "cleaned" up their yard that had all the poison pellets in it. The tech was NOT supposed to use this product within 3 feet of the house, NOR for voles either, and this product or any poison for that matter should NOT have been used where small children were present. Fumatoxin is designed as a "commercial" product, and for killing gophers and prarie dogs that are out in the middle of nowhere. The tech obviously did not read the label, and now because of him, these girls are gone forever. The family did forgive this man, but if it had been my family member, I don't think I could have. From what the UT Dept of Agriculture found out during their investigation, was that not only was this product mis-applied, it was way overused on this property. The company had to pay thousands in fines, as not only was this product mis-applied, but they also found several discrepancies on other techs paperwork as well. Companies like this give the whole industry a bad name. There are exterminators and reputable companies out there, and most of these people and businesses in pest control really do care about their work, and it is too bad that Bugman isn't one of them. Sometimes cheaper is not better. My deepest sympathies to the Toone family.

I have heard that Clark Howard on Saturdays on HNN talk about how these companies try to find anyone they can to pay a bogus bill. It usually goes something like this: Hello this is Alli Bobba calling from India. "You owe us..."(enter amount in dollars and cents). Then the innocent person says "But I never wrote a check to that place" then ALi Bobba in a twang language that you can't understand says " You need to pay or we will sue you, and it will go on your credit". More often than not, these scammy companies are just trying to get money from anybody they can. DO NOT fall victim to these people. Tell him you want certified copies of said bill that you supposedly owe. You see, they usually go after folks that have good credit scores, as these folks dont want a bad mark on their rating. then these folks would rather pay it then get a bad credit score. I would even call this business and ask them why they are harrasing you, when you have never done business with them. Best wishes.
Just play his game, but DO NOT send this turkey any money. There are scams going around that claim that you owe x amount on a payday loan. Most people would pay it just to be left alone. Just tell the credit bureas that you need an alert put on your file. You can read of several other complaints by others on how this scam works.

These calls are coming from India. Dont fall for their lies. The next time Alli Bobba calls, tell him you want proof such as a certified copy of alleged debt, and it is to be sent USPS. Some folks will pay these liars just to be left alone. With the internet how it is today, it is very easy to be a victim of id theft.

This is exactly why she is flipping burgers for a living. The same thing happens to me at McDonalds all the time.

Pets Mart is the worst grooming place on the block! I took my St.Bernard there for a bath and to be combed out as well. They wanted to shave her! I said "absolutely NOT! You do NOT shave a longhaired St.Bernard under any circumstances"! When I went to pick her up later that day, she was shedding worse than before I brought her in! Also, they trimmed her nails, but did not trim the wisps of hair on the pads of her feet, nor did they trim the wisps of hair growing around her toes. They also did not trim back any of the long hair on her ear flaps. I gave them specific instructions on what I wanted done, and it was ignored. I told them that I bet they didnt know that I used to show these dogs, and it is really sad when a customer knows how to groom a certain breed of dog better than a professional! I will never do business with them again, as this occurred on more than one ocassion.
I was pressured into buying a face wash product, and all it did was to give me a rash, pimples, and oily skin. I went back to Avon, and have never been happier. Guess that will teach me to do business with their competitor. I will never buy any Mary Kay stuff again.
I was told by my vet to use that Frontline on my cat for skin allergies. The vet gave me some, after examining my cat, and now my cat is dead! She was fine until I used that s***! I am devastated. I would rather have lived with her on steroids than be poisoned by frontline. I miss her every day, and it does NOT get easier with time. I will never put poison on any animal ever again. I hope these greedy jerks go out of business!

I too had nothing but problems with Direct TV! I lived in the northern US, and everytime it would storm, rain, or snow, the satellite would go out all day. One day on a clear Friday afternoon, the satellite went out yet again for the umpteenth time. I called their office in Dallas, TX and was told that my "smart card" in the reciever box was bad. They however would send me out a new one on MONDAY! MONDAY? MONDAY? Duh! this was a friday, so I had to go without tv for the whole weekend! I was major pissed. As soon as my contract with them was done I cancelled. If I had cancelled early, then they would have socked my bank acct for who knows how much due to erly termination. Be sure to read the fine print with these guys! As soon as I could cancel, I did, and signed up with DISH Network, and have had NO problems at all.
I say we all go back to buying from AVON!

They never leave anyone who has left or ries to leave alone. I had to move to another state just to get away from them. I can now smoke and drink in peace!

I read on ex mormon.org that Joe smith had 32 wives, and the kinderhook plates were really a setup by the town blacksmiths to catch Joe Smith in yet another lie! Also about how there are secret, oops "sacred" handshakes in the MORmON temples, and how all the men get their own planet to rule when they die, and the women dont get there own planet...Sorry dudes, but I aint cleaning up after some smelly polygamist for eternity. Ah yes, they also think that God had a fling with Mary and that is how Jesus came to be. Lets see, what else, Oh, yes, how Mary is supposedly too "sacred" to talk about? Yah right! She is never spoken of in Mormon church on Sunday, I know that for a fact! And their church is like 3 HOURS LONG! BORING! Blah, Blah, Blah! Who cares? Not me! Oh, if a woman isn't "sealed" to a man( a secret handshake ceremony in the temple) then she doesn't get to be a "godess" on her planet? Ha ha! I also noticed that a certain state in the U.S., UT, has a very high percentage of ladies with depression, and are on anti depressants and tranqulizers so that they can be a big happy family! What a crock! I have been told by mishies, to pray about the Mormon(LDS) church and if I got a deep burning in my chest it was true! Oh wheee, lets all live under a glass dome and tip toe around the jelly bean tree! So, I did get that deep burning in my chest...turned out it was gas. My Tums took care of it and I need to go fart now!

WAL-MART VISION...Dont ever do business with these idiots! I paid my portion of my glasses and lenses that my insurance did not cover. I knew I was going to pay at least $120.00 out of pocket. I had no issues with that. I get my exam done, and arrange to come back in a few days to pick up my NEW glasses(new frames, new lenses). I had the glasses less than a week, and my right lens popped out. I took my NEW glasses back 3 times, and on the 3rd time, they gave me new frames with the old lenses in them. Hmmm, okay, I figured there was something wrong with the frame, and these so called professionals knew what they were doing...Nope, The problem started all over again! I took them back yet again, and I was told that the lenses were not "scored" propely, and too bad, now the warranty was up, and no refund, or new lenses. I will never do business there again!
They did the same exact thing to me 3 different times...filled out the app, went for interview, 2 applications, 2 2nd interciews, no return calls, hiring mgr not avail, wont return calls. Better to go with a family owned company.
They did the same thing to me. I was fortunate though, and put a stop to their shady business practices before I was out alot of money. They told me they would do a "debt consolidation" on ALL my bills for me. I got suspicious though when I met the rep. He was working out of a bare office with only 1 desk, and 2 chairs(one for him, 1 for me). He told me that their office was up on the 3rd floor, and he had a large staff of reps that would be handling my case, to include getting the student loan people off my back. Nope, didn't happen, then when JK Harris called for me a month later, they said I was "late" on my payment to them for their fees, I told her to cancel my acct as they didn't do anything at all for me. She told me that I had to fax them a written notice to cancell. I sent it immediately. I was lucky, I got out of it with only a couple hundred bucks.

Unfortunately you are not the only one to experience this guy, Ali-Bobba, who is calling from India. ANyone with enough know how can find info on anyone courtesy of the internet. By the way, ask him when the "Federal Legislative Department" was established. I guarantee you that he will stumble over himself trying to change the subject. Just hang up on him whenever he calls. A lot of scams are going on like this right now, as people like this are trying to scare people out of their money. They figure that threats of jail time will scare people into paying money for something that they do not owe in order to have a good credit score, etc.

There is NO such business known as Dept of Financial Investigations. This is just a scare tactic to get you to part with your money. These calls are coming from India. Don't fall for Ali-Bobbas crap. These turkeys are just counting on you being scared of a red mark on your credit score. Anyone with enough know how on computers can find out any information on anyone on the internet. The next time he calls, just blow a whistle as loud as you can into the phone, and continue doing this everytime he calls. It might get these liars to stop.
Anytime YOU have to pay for a prize that a company claims you WON in a contest is a scam. Don't send them any more money, otherwise they will leech you dry. Consider this a hard lesson, and now you are a little bit wiser. Yes, unfortunately you have been scammed.

Thats because jail is jail, and not the country club. You should have known better than to drink then drive. That was your own fault. You made the decision to drive, and we shouldn't be accountable due to some poor choices you made. It is called MIRANDA RIGHTS, NOT AMANDA.

Sue them for emotional distress, and slander. I signed up there for a membership, and they lied to me. I was never shown how to use the equipment.

Unfortunately this bad attitude with "jason" is more the norm for Terminix. I know, I was employed there for 2 horrible years. The salesmen don't communicate with the technicians, ad 98% of the time when I got to a customers home the resident would say "Well the salesman said you were going to do ..." (fill in the blank). We never had the proper equipment such as ladders, drills, etc to do the new start properly. There was also little to no training of techs. Their school of training was to have the new guy "ride" with a tech, ANY tech for a week, then tah dah! The new guy would be "signed off" and then assigned his or her own route. Dont be so hard on the tech. Its because of those corporate snobs at "Service the Master" that are greedy and don't want to spend any money to do the training, supply the proper equipment, or to do the job right in the first place. After seeing this kind of ### happen for 2 long years and seeing the customers get cheated, I finally walked out. I went to work for another exterminating company that did everything to make their employees happy. That in turn would make the employees want to provide good service and take care of the customers. Avoid Terminix, ServiceMaster, Merry Maids, Tru-Green Chemlawn, and American Home Shield at all costs. Service"the"Master owns all of them. The service from all of these companies I listed here are as bad if not worse for customer service for Terminix. I tried to use Chemlawn on more than one occasion, and thie service was worse than poor...I was stood up numerous times, and one time when I was stood up, I called them, and it turned out that the tech who had a confirmed appt at my home for 5:30 pm not only stood me up, but he had shoved my invoice under his truck seat, and told the manager he was done for the day. Pretty sad, when the manger has to tell the customerthat the tech lied and shoved your service invoice UNDER the seat. They found it there when they inspected his vehicle.

It is a good idea to have a security guard at the property when a tent fume is performed. Mainly to keep curious folks OUT, and to avoid being burglarised. I am surprised that the company did not provide his security service?

Guess I was just lucky. I never had any problems with RAC, except for as I was getting close to paying off the items in less than 90 days, they tried to talk me into buying more stuff that I didn't need. I paid off my stuff the day before my 90 days was up, and Im glad that I did cause otherwise I would have paid 4 times the price. Oh, and I inspected ALL the cracks and crevices with a strong flashlight to avoid bedbugs, and all you folks out there would be wise to do the same.
