How can UPS change the delivery address you put on the label? Did you require signature delivery confirmation for your important documents? If so, someone had to sign for it. If not then UPS will drop it of at the door of the address you sent it to. Was the address you put on wrong? Was is a type printed label or something you hand wrote that was illegible?

Ebay has plenty of ways to contact them on their site. They even have phone numbers to talk to real customer support people. If you cancelled your account, you can still contact them and report the seller whom you have a problem with. If you paid through Paypal, you are protected as long as you do not wait too long to file a complaint.
Microsoft will still fix them if you pay $90.00. They did offer free extended warranty repair for the ring of death but you need a receipt of purchase to prove when you bought the units.

What are the exact dimensions and weight of this oversize item? You have to round it out to the next highest inch and pound when measuring. If you are cutting down the boxes to make them smaller, you are removing protection for the item inside. That might explain why so much breakage.

Sears employees are only trained to sell you master protection plan extended warranties. Extended warranties are the biggest profit maker for Sears and any other big store. Extended warranties are useless to the buyer as they do not cover anything the sales people say is covered. Sales people are told to lie to customers to get them to buy those extended warranties. Sales people make big commissions and bonuses for every extended warrantee they sell.
Look at all the complaints on this site about extended warranties from Sears, Best Buy and even car dealers. You think you are covered for any problem but you are not. DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES!

I wasted a whole day waiting for Empire Carpeting to measure my house for a complete re-carpeting. After the first appointment time went no-show, I called to ask where the person was. Empire would say he will be there in an hour. Five phone calls, five no-shows and five hours later they call and say the salesman will be there tomorrow.
I told Empire Carpeting their service before the sale is horrible and I will buy elsewhere.
