You violated the TOS of the game by selling the account ...
What you are describing would be the same as --- Throwing your PC over your house claiming that Dell said the PC wouldn't break if you dropped it from a small height. You're taking 1 thing and making it into another.
You violated a TOS by a gaming company, the COMPANY found you trying to sell it and banned it. Playerauctions.com is a third-party in the situation, the real deal is between YOU and the ACCOUNT HOLDERS.
You complained because you tried to sell an account, got caught and couldn't think of anyone else to blame... Blame yourself, you're the one that messed up. Durrr.
Why is everyone that fails at writing simple words in English context those that always complain first? "Me no understand language me complain!" Like a bunch of ###ed cavemen. Why don't you ladies go work on something constructive, like how to dispose of your worthless self and leave the adult chat for the grown ups. .. Mmk? Thanks.
You know you can press 2 extra letters and turn your "U" into "You" and make it look at lot more professional. As of now you just look like an idiot.
As you said above the company is now owned by a different set of people in a different country, think maybe that might have a little something to do with why they don't always understand you completely? Maybe if you learned to type and punctuate correctly instead of looking like a 3rd grader they could find it easier to answer you. Tell me, does leaving multiple question-marks after a question get the question answered faster? ... I didn't think so..
I notice something in common with all 3 complaints on this site - you all cannot spell, you all whine, and you all blame the site.
It's called RESEARCH if you don't trust something, RESEARCH for better material. Not hard. I've used playerauctions many, many times and never have I ever run into an issue. I have sold hundreds of thousands of gold, I have bought hundreds of thousands of gold, I sell all of my old accounts and make thousands of dollars off it. You just have a complexity in your mind called "###" ...
When you finally manage to get your head out of your ###, take a second look at the site and try again, trust me it works just fine, you're just so stupid you can't see that.
Obviously a scam...
So since it's a scam you should call them back and give them all your account info and don't forget the pin numbers... Or you can just ignore it and not do anything since it's a scam. It's like those women that email you saying they are new to the country and need money, or the people that email you giving you 2, 000, 000 and bank accounts that don't exist. It's a form of scams. You deposit money and in the meantime they clear your account -- happens all the time, don't bother reporting it police can't do anything unless it's actually happening.
Sorry to break it to you...you wont be rich, got to work for it, still.
Maybe you were just a crappy customer and they were thinking eye for an eye?
Ok honestly... How many people call you randomly and say "Hey I just went to the bank and realized I have 154, 000$ I just don't feel that I need, I'll just call a random person and give it to them!" ... Really? ... I mean seriously... REALLY? ... No It's not real... IT'S A SCAM... Durrr.
You obviously need your IQ checked. After you take a valid IQ test, do what I say -
- Call your bank
- Ask what the payments are for
- Say you did not authorize the payments
- Tell them you want to seize the payments
- Tell them you want a refund
- They will call the company with the banker on the phone, explain the situation as you listen in and get you a refund -- or not, depending what it's for.
Happened to me and I got 1+ years back in payments I did not authorize.
Call your bank or credit card company - whatever you used to pay with, and tell them you do not want authorize the payment. Tell them you tried to get ahold of the company and the company refused to talk with you.
The bank will issue you a refund then go after the company for their refund.
Look up your state laws about businesses - some states do not need to have a "right to fire" policy. I live in Arizona and we do not have a "right to fire" policy. That gives any company any right to pay you what they want (even if under minimum wage) and gives them the rights to fire you with or without a notice of why they fired you. I would assume given the example you've given this rule would also apply to your state.
They have your account information so at one point you DID give them authorization. People don't just randomly draw account numbers and magically gain access to them. They did have the right-away at some point - you either forgot to cancel whatever you bought or didn't read all the TOS.
Other than that, call your bank and explain the situation, tell them you want to discontinue the funds and want a refund, the bank most likely depending on your position there and value to them as a customer, will refund you.
You should probably have figured out that... Nothing is that easy.
I find it funny honestly that people believe money grows on trees. I wouldn't be in Medical School right now if I believed that. Those are all scams, they have the asterisk next to the word "Free Visa Card*" for a reason. It's not real, pretty simple.
You won't get the visa card because all they wanted was information on you, you'll probably get plenty of spam mail if they don't decode your credit card or whatever you used while sending them gas receipts. I suggest canceling your gas-card (credit card) and issuing yourself a new one before the numbers get used.
Understand ---
SPOOFING emails is extremely easy.. What a spoofed email is - a scam artist that is copying an email address so they don't get caught, directly. They make it look more "professional".
It's a scam, same as all the rest. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly for a scam or this "company" then call your bank and have the funds stopped while you demand a refund for a scam/shady business.
No matter what --- if you CALL THE BANK and be HONEST they will help ... Bank is on my speed dial. I love my bank - they help with everything, even those...sad days. ----------> Just remember our WORLD is in a bad time right now (income issues), people will try ANY and EVERY thing to get some change - don't believe everything you read!
That's why people don't use insurance companies you've never heard the name of. There's a reason why people pay a little more for car insurance, or dental insurance or like you, health insurance. There's a lot of "shady" companies about - just want your $$ and don't care about you as a person. Pay the extra 30$ a month and go with an insurance company that is frequently used - then I can guarantee you, you never run into this situation you're currently dealing with, again.
This is a complaint site, not a "I'm an idiot solve my life for me" site.
...
Psychic's are fraudulent, sorry you're just figuring this out now...
