I am the one that posted under Brookmont, just couldnt sign back in for some reason. I'm sure we could find a large number of victims of Morgan-Properties for a class action suit! There are so many violations and I will address some here! Bate and Switch..given one price for rental at lease signing the cost went up $100. Friends are charged a different rent! Fraud and theft of services, theft by deception. Dangerous living conditions such as but not limited to CO leaking from faulity gas heaters, faulity AC, faulity wires, black mold, mice, dust bugs, birds. Charging for water without a meter. No where is it mentioned that there is a charge of $70 for water, trash. As in my case I was very ill with heart problems 6-2008 and in the hospital, I was told that $3500 would be enough to stop court case. I gave all the money I had in the world. I was evicted by man posing as a sheriff employee. I called the cops and he would not let me talk to police. He was controling the police! He just kept yelling at me like I was a dog! Most criminals are not treated like I was that day! From the heart pain I had all day, if could have been a heart attack mild one. My entire deposit was taken by the thieves in the office! As my photos show the damage was Not MADE my me..I am a clean person! I would ben clean the halls from the trash dropped by others! I had to put up with 8-10 people living in a apartment next door! Kids alone all day and hanging out the windows after they broke out the screens! Parties all night on weekends from the apt below. And a pitbull bite from that apartment. And noting was done to both of those tenants. Over one thousand a month plus a electric bill of $260 a month because their AC is faulity and broken! Arlen Spector is helping Morgan properties in their lawsuit against AIG..from a bail out no doubt, but who is helping us? Write to the BBB, FTC and contact L&I if you still live at brookmont. The black marks on the outside bricks is carbon and that means the heater is faulity and leakng CO! Maybe even contact classactionlawsuit.com Brookmont and Bobbie ruined my life and my health! I was kicked out the door by and man with a gun? My small pets died, my plants died. I had no place to live after the money ran out from the motel stay. My husband lost his job over this! And we lost our auto from the lost wages. The stress ruined my health and we will never be able to rent again..My family is being harassed by the collection agency. They want e months rent went we were not even living there. The list of damage is a joke..new rugs $450..nothing was wrong with the ones that were in there. I cleaned them with a steam cleaner weekly! $25 for a glass left on a high shelve..charged for the mold and rust that grew in the bathroom after we were locke out. Charged for the dust that was all over the place, because the want a bee cop wouldnt let me turn off the AC. And charged $100 in electric when we were not even in the apartment! Philly.com has a few stories on Morgan-Properties the business section contact the reporter! Contact the news media..Fox NBC10 NE times and lets fight in numbers! Please note that I was charged for the rotted food in the frig that I was not allowed to take at lock-out, $100 to clan refrig! I lost $200 in food! The one photo is of a wall that I repaired after a bird came in from the hole and my cat killed it! What a fire trap that place is..and unsafe and unhealthy! And L&I and the City is doing NOTHING?

If you are living in PA and Morgan-Properties evicted you from your apartment and they have a judgment against you. They can attach your wages! That includes damage and past rent. So if you are wondering why Brookmont and Morgan-Properties is attaching a Fake damage report and charging you past rent up to 3 months that is the reason! Morgan is a lawyer and his friend in the govt is trying to get him a bailout in his lawsuit against AIG! Class Action is needed to stop this illegal business from ruining more lives!
We have the same problem with Chase! My husband lost his job and was told to wait 60 days and go into the hardship program. After 60 days they wanted more then the monthly payment..and started the repo of our $7500 loan..the Jeep was worth the same "blue book". We were getting calls from a decttive agency. The woman call most of my family including a family memeber who is a cop! The woman told me to just give the Jeep back and we can walk away free and clear! Well the Jeep valued at $7500 was sold for $900 and now we are getting a bill for over $6000 and have no auto. I wanted to sell it and repay the loan but Chase would not accept it..it was already written off. BTW if you dispute with a collection agency they just ignore it and continue to harass you! Anyone know if there is anything we can do at this point?
Since you know so much about Morgan properties and are from Maryland..maybe it was your complex that was sued and LOST! That is public knowledge..I stand with many victims of Morgan Properties..they are NOTHING but a bunch of crooks and Liars! Pictures speak volumes! They have a revolving door to the court house..dont you think that the Judges can see what is going on? Bet on a media outlet investigating this matter!

No I was NOT allowed to see the apartment before the signing and if I didnt sign I would have lost my deposit and credit check and background check! I am not worried about finding a place to live I have one! Oh Mold is serious concern? Then why didnt Morgan Properties remove the cheap walls in the bathroom and remove the mold! They knew it was growing there, you could see it from inside the wall..and CO is a much greater concern..but No One from K of P cared to address that issue! Even the USPS knows something is wrong there with the very high turn over! Only a matter of time before the faulity wires short out or the CO leaking heater blows up! ..and Thank God I'm out of there! You wont get a dime out of me! Just like Morgan isnt getting a dime from AIG or any Federal Bailout of tax money!

Your the idiot! You just released Morgan Properties policies! Only ones that know the policies are the employees! I would have lost hundreds of $$$$ if I didnt take the dump! I was NOT showned the apartment! I was shown a model and it looks NOTHING like the dump I was in! Building code violations, unsafe living conditions, mold, bugs, mice CO leaking faulity wires! L&I should be checking this place out! Over charging for water without a meter! Outside lights wired to apartment? Faulity wiring and faulity AC and Heaters? ALL VIOLATIONS! And there is the FRAUD..that the Atty General agreed! Make My Day Morgan..Lets Go to Court! Bring It On or drop the entire case!
Here is the proof of the dangerous conditions at Brookmont! Faulty heater and wiring. The black soot mark on the outside brick is Carbon as in CO leaking from the gas heater! The flue is made of paper and we wrapped it in duct tape! I have reported this to the City of Phila, L&I and Sheriff dept and was advised to sue! Either Morgand refunds my money or I will sue above and beyond! Is this apartment worth over $1000 a month plus anothere $450 in utilities? NO!

I want to join a class action against Chase Auto! A year ago they repoed our SUV. To date the SUV is still in our name and the TAG is missing! Chase claims the SUV was damaged and had hi miles our records show that it was taken 2 months prior to Chase documentation. They also sold it for less then a grand, yet the loan is for over 7 grand. No way is this SUV worth only a grand! We were told to wait for the hardship program and we were not offered this program, Chase just took the Auto! They need to be sued that will but a end to their Fraud and illegal business practices! Also Chase never sent us a notice to pay balance on SUV..so we couldnt even save it..and Chase would not let us sell it!

First it has been over a year and our names are still on the title, tag and VIN..Second I was told by the top person at Chase that the Suv sold for 4 X the amount that shows as the sale on our collection bill..Third where has this SUV been for months since the Repo-man took it and it turned up at auction? And if this in fact is our SUV when why is it damaged? Chase is caught in a lie and there is no way they can recover! And the SUV if it is ours has 8000 more miles on it then when it was repoed! Chase did the same to us as they did to homeowners that they foreclosed on! And they have a class action against Chase! We will see them in court and let a Judge resolve this problem!

We were told by Chase to apply for the hardship program and sent one payment they wanted all 3..So Chase started repo only after 2 late payments..I requested from the VP of Chase all documents from the repo..Chase only sent loan papers..I have that! I told Chase VP to check out the Repo man..he is the one that isnt giving the right documents. Chase documents show it was repoed 2 months later! I do have a service report with the miles for around the date the SUV was taken..Police say the VIN was switched with a stolen auto. I will wait for a outcome at this point. But if I were Chase I would drop it before it went to court!

I called the police both here and in the state the SUV went to. A officer was going to check out the VIN's..The Repo man is the one that caused this problem in the first place! Maybe Chase will investigate this company..But Chases story changes! Oh the police have No Record of this SUV being Repoed..Time to get a lawyer involved Thanks for your help

Reason they get away with this is the owner Morgan is a Lawyer! And they are above the law! Conned me on the price of the rental..it went up $100 a month a time of signing, I would have lost entire $$ if I did not sign. Stole "$3, 500" my money when I fell behind on the thousand a month rent plus another $400 in utilities! Never credit account and went to court when I was told the case was dropped..then we were evicted at gun point..I am disabled and my child was disabled at the time..we were homeless and my pets died after eviction which includes a cat and hamster..Lost Everything! Furniture became Junk! Forced to live in one room motel till family took us in..then husband lost his job due to this and then lost our SUV! Still getting thousands in bills from Morgan after I appealed their amount due..Everyone will lose their deposit..Liars will say that you destroyed the apartment "rugs" yet they never put a dime into the apartment in the first place!
