I made a $300 deposit at BillyBingo, actually many. They have a 30x playthrough before you can request a withdrawal. I met the 30x playthough, which was very struggling., but I did it. I had several thousand dollars in my account, so I requested a withdrawal. I jumped thru the hoops sending them all the information they requested, copy of my drivers license, copy of my credit card, copy of my utility bill. They said my request was approved, but I was only allowed to withdraw $300 per week, or $1000 max per month. So I request the $300 payout. They took the money out of my account. Then they put it back in, then took it out, then put it back in. 5 times they have done this, taking my money out of my account, but no payout in sight. They say they are having problems with their server.Righttttttttttttt. The BIG problem is, every time they put the money back into my account and say they cannot make the payment to me, they reset my playthrough back to 0 ! So they want me to keep playing and meet another 30x playthrough before I can ask for another withdrawal, when they cannot even make the first withdrawal I asked for! I have already met the 30x playthrough on the money I asked to withdraw. But they cannot make the payment, because they do not have the money to pay me. Also, each time they are taking out my withdrawal, they zero out my bonus money. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me by manipulating my account this way.Then, they cannot make the payment again, so they put the money back into my account without the bonus! I have lost thousands of dollars, with no payout in sight. Round and round and round, with no end. This company is a scam, a sham, and they are thieves! Now they have locked me out of the website!
Thanks for your response. It's helpful to know I am not the only one. I purchased 7 cartons for $270. I have all my transaction emails from google pay. The money went to John Buck, email address is kevinbuck1975@gmail.com. Of course, Google pay says that address is not accepting emails. I saved my emails from shipping@tobaccocapital.com saying order was shipped. along with my original bill from tobaccocapital.com It all seemed legit at first. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Then I found this site saying the website was taken down. I went to the site and as you stated, poof, gone! And now all my emails are being returned to sender. I read several forums before ordering, and several people stated it was a good company to order from.
But I am like you. I will not sit back and let people take advantage of me without a fight. I will do whatever is required. Thanks for your help and understanding.
You are not telling the truth and you know it. If I would have waited? Waited, what, 2 years? You were never going to make things right. So I fixed it myself! And I did not treaten you, I sent you an email 15 times asking you to fix the problem, but you ignored them. And again a lie. You did not stop payment on a $500 check. I asked for a $500 check. You said check with the bank first, because alot of banks do not accept checks from you. So I checked with the bank, and they said they do not accept your checks. So I told you don't send a check, let me withdraw another way. So you cancelled that withdrawal and said I could withdraw through western union. Then I got the run around for months! You are such a bull@^$*er and everyone knows it.
This proves you can't trust reviews you read online. The first 5 reviews here, by stepen1981, VaTerry, EdSlim, Al Kimball, and DDoss, if you click on their name, you will see all their posts. They posted something good about tobacco capital on all the complaints here about people getting ripped off from other cigarette online companies. Why not start by tracing these people, because they obviously work for tobacco capital. I think all these rip off cigarette companies are all one in the same.

Just in the last 24 hours, alot of posts on this site about how good cigoutfitters.com is. I believe Tobacco Capital has now changed it's name to cigoutfitters.com.
I just placed an order for 1000 cartons on cigoutfitters.com. I used a bogus name and address. They don't care what the address is, because they are not sending anything anyway. They are just stealing money. They then directed me to a page with instructions on how to pay with google pay, just like tobacco capital did. I selected priority shipping for an extra $5000. My total was like $10, 000. It was hilarious! They said thank you for your order and gave me an order number. Then I left them funny messages on their contact us page, asking for my money back. They are not located in Missouri, or Kentucky, they just made that up. They are probably chinese.

Notice the timeline? At first all the reviews are for cigmania. Oh my, they are gone! Then all the reviews were for tobaccocapital.com. Then that website dissapeared last week. If you screw me, I screw even harder. Every fake cigarette review on this site, I am labeling fake review, and downvoting all of them. I am telling everyone to file with the federal trade comission.
As far as the bank, since it was a debit card, it's really hard to do a chargeback, because the money is already gone, so they don't care. Unlike a credit card, which it's easy to do a chargeback when someone rips you off.

This website, cigoutfitters popped up about a week ago. Right after tobaccocapital.com mysteriously disappeared, along with my money. Five different individuals have been repeatedly plugging cigoutfitters.com on this site, posting their good reviews on other complaint threads. Despite claiming to have been open for a while, there is literally zero evidence that this company exists. When you place an order, they prompt you to send a payment through google pay to Ken Baxter.
People, please do not buy from cigoutfitters.com. You are just contributing to this criminal's bad behavior, and you will never receive anything but a headache. And it was the owner writing all these fake positive reviews on this board. I had several run-ins with him on other threads here about his site. Look up cigoutfitters.com in the search and read all the other threads.
