I made a $30 deposit to Bingobilly.com using my Visa credit card and the company is stating that they have no records of the transaction. Unfortunately, I trusted the site by providing them with my credit card information and I was apparently scammed. My credit card company is stating that because it shows as an authorization and not an actual credit at this time, they can not provide me with a statement. Therefore, I am out the $30 because you won’t credit my account and the money still have taken from my credit card. Needless to say, I will NEVER and I mean NEVER, use any online gambling site. I can not believe I provided my account information to that site, was transferred to a H. Holdings site, they took the money from my credit card and now they have the nerve to tell me they have no knowledge of the transaction but I was using bingo Billy’s site. Unbelievable.

    I am having problems with getting into the website. Every time I try to log in, page can't be displayed. My computer can go to any site but that one. I take it personal because I have money and and want to play. When I try to deposit, it's always denied. Now there is a problem with the email in my account. On other days I can get in and play all night. It's really frustrating.

    I made a $300 deposit at BillyBingo, actually many. They have a 30x playthrough before you can request a withdrawal. I met the 30x playthough, which was very struggling., but I did it. I had several thousand dollars in my account, so I requested a withdrawal. I jumped thru the hoops sending them all the information they requested, copy of my drivers license, copy of my credit card, copy of my utility bill. They said my request was approved, but I was only allowed to withdraw $300 per week, or $1000 max per month. So I request the $300 payout. They took the money out of my account. Then they put it back in, then took it out, then put it back in. 5 times they have done this, taking my money out of my account, but no payout in sight. They say they are having problems with their server.Righttttttttttttt. The BIG problem is, every time they put the money back into my account and say they cannot make the payment to me, they reset my playthrough back to 0 ! So they want me to keep playing and meet another 30x playthrough before I can ask for another withdrawal, when they cannot even make the first withdrawal I asked for! I have already met the 30x playthrough on the money I asked to withdraw. But they cannot make the payment, because they do not have the money to pay me. Also, each time they are taking out my withdrawal, they zero out my bonus money. They have stolen thousands of dollars from me by manipulating my account this way.Then, they cannot make the payment again, so they put the money back into my account without the bonus! I have lost thousands of dollars, with no payout in sight. Round and round and round, with no end. This company is a scam, a sham, and they are thieves! Now they have locked me out of the website!

    What you are saying is not true at all.

    You first did a withdrawal for $500 via check because told us that your bank accepted check so we had to do a stop payment on the check. Then you did a MG withdrawal that MG rejected (we have no control over this) so we had to resubmit the MG withdrawal back in. This does not add onto the wagering.

    On October 30th you emailed Amy threatening to do chargebacks so we refunded back your deposits that you made in October which was $695.

    You did not spent thousands of dollars in deposits as you said. Your lifetime deposits are $1460 and we have refunded $695 so that brings her total deposits to $765

    You have done 2 chargebacks that we just received this month in the amount of $220 so this means we are out of more money because we had already refunded you.

    If you would have waited for us to get the MG issue fixed for her she would have received your money but once someone threatens us we initiate the refund immediately and close the person account.

    That's the truth!

    @Lala Barboza You're angry because you didn't want to pay out, but I forced you to do a payout with a chargeback, haha. Everyone, if Bingo Billy does not honour your payout, just do a chargeback. It really pi sses them off. DO NOT PLAY AT BINGOBILLY.COM. Scam website

    You are not telling the truth and you know it. If I would have waited? Waited, what, 2 years? You were never going to make things right. So I fixed it myself! And I did not treaten you, I sent you an email 15 times asking you to fix the problem, but you ignored them. And again a lie. You did not stop payment on a $500 check. I asked for a $500 check. You said check with the bank first, because alot of banks do not accept checks from you. So I checked with the bank, and they said they do not accept your checks. So I told you don't send a check, let me withdraw another way. So you cancelled that withdrawal and said I could withdraw through western union. Then I got the run around for months! You are such a [email protected]^$*er and everyone knows it.
