It's not that it's broken, they just either don't feel like cleaning it or don't feel like making the shake.
I think we are more advanced in the digital world now to realize that spam and popups are designed to rip off the consumer. Maybe 5 years ago your complaint and frustration would be valid but now it really is all your fault for believing such a ridiculous "come-on".
this complaint is very valid. It seems that small town places are always the worst. Personally, I've always had good service at A&W but thanks for the heads up.
That sucks. I once took my car in for an oil change and the mechanic stole a coupon book called "zoo book" that I bought at a fundraiser. It was just a silly coupon book that I probably would never use but the idea of someone just taking your things is ridiculous. I informed management and, of course, they said they would look into it. Three years later, still no return call.
Really? Vulgar language upsets you that much that you had to leave?
Uh...McDonalds is far from wealthy. They are actually on the brink of bankruptcy, which poses the question as to why they haven't stepped up their game and provide good customer service so that they actually can be around in 10 or 20 years?
I cannot believe there are no comments because this is an absolute outrage. I would like to hear the conclusion, as it seems to have happened earlier this year. Kimberly, whatever ultimately happened, please know that you are far too good to work at some ###-hole mcdonalds. With all the incompetence and lazy employees that work for any fast food company it is terrible that they would have the balls to fire what seems to be an excellent employees. Stay strong and remember that you'll probably accomplish more in a day than 'ol Ernesto could in his entire life.
Office Max is notorious for their "expert" employees. Once I went in their with the desire to purchase a laptop and some kid, who looked like he barely survived puberty, told me what laptop I should buy. It was a dell and it had to be shipped to me, at my expense of course, and that it was the cheapest around. I thanked him and drove to Best Buy, where I found the EXACT same model, quite cheaper and I took it home with me without the need for an expensive courier fee.
Are you sure it wasn't sales tax that made the difference?
Maybe you should tell your child not to be so rough on expensive toys, or just not buy it for them. I'm an adult and have my drum set for quite time with no problems.
oh but that means that they'd have to pay her gas to pay them the remainder. Maybe they could just swap nickels and call it a day.
Fake...haven't you guys ever heard of lulz before?
True, Bretsky, but it still would have to be annoying and that kind of behavior isn't necessary.
While I'm not sure how being asian would lead someone to believe you were a thief, employees in retail have to look out for shoplifters or face termination. You complain about her judging you, well please don't be quick to judge her either. Please remember that she undoubtedly makes minimum wage and always has some j/o manager breathing down her neck all the time. So cut her some slack and offer the benefit of doubt that she is just an average worker trying to do her job.
C'mon give the guy a break. It's not his fault that they neglected to him his card back. Maybe the kid should have been less concerned with being a smartass and more on doing his job. Then when he gets home and calls the store, he again has to endure the wrath of Mr. Funny Guy. Losing a credit card is not a joking matter and for all this guy knew, the kid could have stolen the numbers off the card. I don't necessarily agree with smashing donuts in the trash but I can surely understand his frustration.
Oh and as for the manager being "inconvenienced" while on break, it's her job. She is the person of authority there and if she can't own up to the responsibility, then she needs to demote herself and start slinging donuts for minimum wage. I'm so tired of bleeding hearts blaming poor customer service on the customer. It's not as though the guy drove up there, ordered his stuff and said "please, oh please, don't give me my credit card back.
well why would you want to keep it? I mean, if you want to keep it as evidence then that's fine, but why ask for a refund then?
This is probably the saddest thing I have ever read. Happy Birthday Lloyd!
John Volkman sold me my lakeside cottage. He said he's sorry and that he really screwed the pooch on that one. Expect a check in the post.
why were you in both the mens and womens restroom?
well you did put her in a tough spot. Really, what was she supposed to other than file a complaint online? It's not as though Jennifer was the CEO of Tivo, she's just another average worker. Give her a break.
bwahahahaha...serves you big truck owners right. Try to run me off the road with your he-haw vehicles? Take a stroll to starbucks and see whats what. "Costed my left nut"? what does that mean?
damn dude, its just a coffee grinder. Buy already coffee in the meantime. Also, why the fuss about the color?
as far as legality goes, a company has the right to charge whatever they feel like. I don't drink lattes, but it sounds like what you're ordering is the same thing as a latte. If that is the case, then you are ripping them off by trying to order something without actually ordering it. It would be like if I ordered a cup of hot water brewed in coffee grounds.
